INTRODUCTION
A regular medication is kind of drug or preparation that is mainly used to treat and cure
illness. Different kind of anti-anxiety drugs are widely used or prescribed by medical
professionals. It is mainly focused on Mrs Jane Smith is an 80 year old woman who was
admitted and suffering from chronic disease.
In this report, it will discuss about the involvement of nurses towards health care facilities
and services. Furthermore, it will identify the patient’s presenting problem and focusing on the
pathophysiological issues. On the basis of evaluation, it will demonstrate the use of prescribed
medication, discussion on the nursing management to identify the adverse effects of medications,
contraindication. However, it will describe the information which is mainly shared by nurses to
patient, educate the patient in regards of long term effects.

According to the given Case study, it has been examined the formal findings on the basis
of investigation. Mrs Jane Smith was found the on floor by her son. In fact, she was unable to
walk properly. There is maximum pain identified in excruciating pain, her right leg appeared to
be shortened and internally rotated. But afterwards, the family members of Mrs Jane Smith
admitted in the Hospitals. Moreover, medical professionals are focused on the doing some
necessary tests, and also focus on the health related issues (Chen & Taylor, 2018). Therefore, it
will help for nursing staff and specialist to find the reason behind patient’s unwitnessed fall.
Furthermore, it is also focused on the current health condition of patient and record the
information such as: - Blood Pressure- 147/77 mmhg, HR- 112/mt which become irregular, RR-
24/minSpo2-99% RA. As per investigation, it has found that Data Deviate from normal heath
condition which means that suggests to do some more tests. It involves blood sample tests, chest-
x ray and CT-scan of her head. These are all type of procedure followed by medical
professionals or specialist in order to identify the allergies- Penicillin, hypothyroidism, HTN,
