Introduction:
We desire to undertake government tasks in near future and thus the consultancy will
be using Lean Project Management principles in its project management processes in order to
upgrade its skills and making the firm eligible to take up the government tasks. The details of
the implementation process have been attached herein. The staffs’ cooperation will be
desirable in bringing the required change. The aim of the Lean Project Management concept
is delivering maximum value to the customers and the response time should be quick and the
service reliable.
