INTRODUCTION
Male and females are having their own personal biological system and nature of
managing good health. Although it has been identified that men's are more lower life
expectancy than women, more susceptible to illness, their engagement to the health-seeking
behaviour is lower (Hadfield, Ostrowski and Ungar, M., 2017). The main concept of the health
and well-being is illustrating that people should physically, mentally and socially well along with
the prevention of disease. Basically health and well-being means a good mental, physical and
social health which should meet the health behaviour, body and social participation abilities.
This is the achievement of physical fitness and mental stability is the consider as the good
health and well-bing, through which people manage the effective life with quality of living.
Men's sheds is the non profit local community group, working for supporting the improvement
and management of men's health and well-being. This community is Australian consider the
overall management of older men's population health and well-being. In this essay evaluation
and illustration men's sheds gendered intervention level interventions level of health and well-
being concept application is done. Influence of the community on the participating men's health
and well-being is also evaluated, along with the identification of the social determinants which
may influence the success of this intervention.
MAIN BODY
Health is incorporating the key factors such as the physical, biological, psychological,
and social maintenance. Well-being is the stability, control and good condition of the physical,
mental and social health. According to the world health organisation the state of complete,
physical, mental and social well-being and not only the absence of the disease is known as health
and well-being. Generally health and well-being is the complete good mental, physical and
social condition, with the help of which people live good quality of the life and lead to the
effective well-being of the public and economical growth.
On the basis of the Australian government department of the health (2021) The men's
sheds is a community based, non commercial organisation that is open to men. Men's sheds
provide a place where men can feel included and safe, the main aim of this community is
improvement of the men's health and well-being. Men sheds provide a safe, friendly and
inclusive environment where men can meet and work on meaningful projects, there is the approx
