Introduction
The importance of mental health is associated with emotionally, socially and
psychological well-being. It is a very important stage of life from childhood through adulthood.
It reflects our way of thinking that how the person feel and act to the situation and make choices.
Some factors like life experiences, biological factors can affect the mental health problems
(Pilgrim, 2019). In context of of essay, it is based on Nightline association which run by students
for other students of their fellow universities. They help the students who faces any type of
trouble. This report will focuses on the affect of mental health problems on health and well-
being.

There are lot of stress occur at the age of being students. As the students experienced
many types of stress which are related to their well-being which includes increase of workload,
new responsibilities, lifestyle changes, interpersonal relationships. When the changes occur with
in these factors the students start overthinking about their situation which lead to depression and
