Research Problem
The unprecedented outbreak of COVID-19 Disease 2019 caused an economic
downturn and enhanced the unemployment rate. From these issues, staff
members face health as well as socio-economic stressors. People return to
their offices and adapted to social distance and also working from home to
bring new concerns. The unconscious reactions to the conditions seemed
normal and harmless.
