Furthermore, the report will alsocover individual reflection MAIN BODY Part- A Presenting the need of services user Service user group is consisting of the young students or people that take care ofthe people that are suffering from mental illness of young children. This group has beenincreasing day by day because of dynamic nature of environment the most common services user group workfor children.Because the face various discrimination in educational institution and home. Most of the school and college do not want to work with such children as it require more time for understanding basicstaff (Stypińskaand Nikander, 2018). Due to bad mental healthcondition many childrengo through mental traumaand it affects itsmotor developmentand for recoveringthe sicknesschildrenhas to go throughvarious expensivetreatment. So thatit can lay foundation of their personnel and academic skill. Role and duty of teacher The youngchildrenthat are suffering from mental issuesneed and a helpinghandin orderto do their work. Mental health createsdifficulties that cam lead for causing of lifelong auditability with averyhigh risk of persistenceinto adulthood whentreatedbadly. Most of thestudent goes to the dispersion and require many therapyto overcome from it. However, student that take part in mentalhealth program developan ability form dealingwith emotion and improvedinterpersonal relation. The serious behavioural and emotional disorderthat may present many challenges foe theteacher to handle the disorder (Tian, 2018). The role of the teacher is to provide a healthy environmentthat is not very much stimulating such as children willbe able to work effectivelyif there is no loud music as it will distract autistic childfrom concentrating. In Addition tothis, teacher need to createa structural environment with predictable routines and thepicture of time tableshould be present in the classroom so that studentscan understand that easily. Moreover, teacher has to conducteventthatpromotes more interaction among studentsthatcontributes in building their soft and interpersonal skill.
However, for visuallearner teacher has tomakeuse of signlanguage so thatstudentscan learn easily and that will result in building communication skill of these children. Along with this,thechildrensuffering form this problem in has issues such as communication and early sings are lack of eye contact and low interest in other people. Alongwith this,itwill promotegood practicein theenvironment.However,conducting suchcampwill help common people to know about the mental health issues as well as how to cope upwith it. Policy and legislation Thelegislationof UK providewith variousrights and policy such as KCSIE guidancethat deals with keeping children safe in the educational environment. However, school play very important role in supportingmental health and well-being of theirparentsby developing various skills so that it work effectively. Along with this, in UK it is the duty of all the school to help the student and their parents to prevent impairment of children health or development and taking actionfor dealingwith theirissues. However, I have to maintain eye contact with the participantso thatI can identifywhether they are able to understand the speech I am giving. Conclusion:FromtheassessmentIhaveconcludedthatIhavetodevelop communication and presentation skills so that it can improve my personality. Along with this, I have summarized about the professionalism and the way it can collaborate with service userso that it works more effectively. Action plan: For developing the presentation skill I will watchlecture so that I can develop theoverall skill. Along with this, I will work in group of social user so thatI can gain more experience. CONCLUSION From the above report it has been concluded that service group provide care service to theold and young age people.The studyhas summarized about the issued faced by children such as communicationissue and not able to interact with the other people.
