INTRODUCTION
The report will discuss on role of teacher and the way it deals with mentally ill children
Along with this, it also recommends about the professional role help in development of service
user group. Furthermore, the report will also cover individual reflection
MAIN BODY
Part- A
Presenting the need of services user
Service user group is consisting of the young students or people that take care of the people
that are suffering from mental illness of young children. This group has been increasing day by
day because of dynamic nature of environment the most common services user group work for
children. Because the face various discrimination in educational institution and home. Most of
the school and college do not want to work with such children as it require more time for
understanding basic staff (Stypińskaand Nikander, 2018). Due to bad mental health condition
many children go through mental trauma and it affects its motor development and for
recovering the sickness children has to go through various expensive treatment. So that it
can lay foundation of their personnel and academic skill.
Role and duty of teacher
The young children that are suffering from mental issues need and a helping hand in
order to do their work. Mental health creates difficulties that cam lead for causing of lifelong
auditability with a very high risk of persistence into adulthood when treated badly. Most of
the student goes to the dispersion and require many therapy to overcome from it. However,
student that take part in mental health program develop an ability form dealing with emotion
and improved interpersonal relation. The serious behavioural and emotional disorder that may
present many challenges foe the teacher to handle the disorder (Tian, 2018). The role of the
teacher is to provide a healthy environment that is not very much stimulating such as children
will be able to work effectively if there is no loud music as it will distract autistic child from
concentrating. In Addition to this, teacher need to create a structural environment with
predictable routines and the picture of time table should be present in the classroom so that
students can understand that easily. Moreover, teacher has to conduct event that promotes
more interaction among students that contributes in building their soft and interpersonal skill.
