mental health asylums. However, it consist the discussion of requirements and benefits of proper
management to allocate desired medical procedures or practices among staff members. Moreover
it is necessary to manage work pressure among care practitioners working in mental health
organisation to provide appropriate care facilities to them for their better health. In addition to
this, it includes the utilisation of effective leadership and management theories such as system
theory, situational, contingency, autocratic, democratic and any more. Meanwhile, it is required
to select more appropriate approach which is suitable to deal with specific complex situation of
patient to overcome with problems and make it under control. Moreover. It includes that
effective changes is required including technological and clinical by using suitable model like
Lewin's model of implementing change for increasing patient outcomes as well as goodwill of
hospital.

Introduction
Mental health issue refers to a group disorder that are associated with thinking, mood and
behaviour. It includes number of health problems such as stress, anxiety, depression and many
more that are among people. However, there are various kinds of mental illness including ADHD
(attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder), autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, borderline
personality disorder, depression, dissociative disorder, dual diagnosis & integrated treatment of
mental illness and substance abuse disorder, eating disorder, OCD (obsessive compulsive
disorder), PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), psychosis, schizo-affective disorder,
schizophrenia as well as anxiety disorders (AbdAleati, Zaharim and Mydin, 2016). However,
mental health problems are more critical and also impact on physical wellness that may develop
complications if not treated on time. In addition to this, it consist different signs or symptoms
which can be observed in mental patients that are based on specific psychological disorder
present. It includes feeling down or sad, decrease capability to concentrate or confused thinking,
extreme feelings of guilt or excessive worries or fears, extreme mood changes of lows & highs,
withdrawal from friends & activities, significant tiredness, problems sleeping or low energy,
detachment from reality including hallucinations, delusions or paranoia and inability to
overcome with regular stress or problems. It also contains trouble understanding & relating to
conditions and to people, issues with alcohol or drug use, sex drive changes, major eating habits,
suicidal thinking, excessive hostility and violence or anger. Meanwhile it has been analysed that
mental health concern become a type of mental illness at the time when ongoing symptoms or
signs cause frequent stress as well as impact capability of an individual to function.
On the other hand, psychological problems requires proper treatment by consuming
required duration of time which facilitate to improve condition of an individual and make them
them completely well. It includes that only medications are to much sufficient in terms of
enhancing health of an individual but psychological therapies and counselling are also significant
(Rasouli and et. al., 2016). Basically, it is required for care professionals and government to
organise health promotion programs to make people aware about initials symptoms of mental
problems and encourage them to immediately consult the doctor for avoiding relevant
complications. Meanwhile, it is observed that early diagnosis of mental health problems is

suitable because it is easy to treat them as compared to late evaluation. However, many of people
are generally facing problem of stress, anxiety and depression but they did not take it seriously
which may results into more complicated psychological condition condition. Such circumstances
are not easy to be treated and professionals requires more careful ad appropriate clinical efforts
in order to make patient overcome with this situation. Moreover, mental health problems occurs
due to number of causes in which some of them are mentioned here. Initially, psychological
issues can be an inherited traits that means family history or genetic transfer of gene containing
trait of mental disorder which pass on from old to next generation accordingly (Liu and et. al.,
2017). Secondly, the environmental exposure before birth is another cause of occurring mental
problem such as toxins, alcohol or drugs while in womb, inflammatory conditions and exposure
to environmental stressors. Thirdly, it includes brain chemistry that when neural networks get
impaired which results into changed function of nerve receptors & systems.
Mental health problems has various risk associated with it about which people are
required to be remain aware for maintaining their psychological wellness. It includes that the
history of mental illness in blood relation including parent or sibling is primary risk of occurring
such issue with an individual. However, it includes the factor of life's condition full of stress like
death of loved one, divorce or financial problems. It consist the ingoing chronic health problem
condition like diabetes and situation of damage of brain that is an outcome of severe injury
(traumatic brain injury) including violent blow to the head. Meanwhile, it involves the risk of
having an experience of trauma such as military combat or assault and utilisation of recreation
drugs or alcohol. Moreover, it includes the risk factors of having past with childhood hood or
neglect, past psychological illness and few healthy relations or friends in life. Basically, it has
been analysed that psychological issue should be treated as soon as possible because they have
various complications in which few of them are given here. Initially, it contains the unhappiness
and reduced enjoyment on life of a person and developing more conflict in family. Secondly, it
consist social isolation, difficulties related to relations and problems relevant with alcohol,
tobacco or another drugs (AbdAleati, Zaharim and Mydin, 2016). Thirdly, it involves the
situation of missing work or school or another issue linked with school or work as well as
circumstances in which an individual is facing homelessnesses or poverty. Meanwhile, it
involves self harm or harming other people including the attempt of suicide or homicide.
Additionally, it includes the weakened immune system due to which human body feel hard time
