INTRODUCTION
Mental health is defined as the cognitive, behaviour and the emotional wellbeing. In this, it helps
to state about the behaviour and thinking of people. The people sometime use the term which is
associated with the mental health which show the absence of mental disorder. The mental health
may also affect the daily living, relationship and the physical health of patient. In this report, the
patient gone through the mental state examination and screening of their behaviour. Moreover,
the genogram is discussed in such a way which is helpful to know the person genetic and
heredity which may inbound to led to cause of the mental health issue. The interrogation of risk
and safety which is based on the person centred care, social protection with legal, moral and
based on ethical principle (Chang and et. al., 2017).
MAIN BODY
History is usually taking in all clinical setting because it allows the health professional to
test out the hypothesis which make clear understanding towards the nature and the impact of the
patient experience. In this, there are various mental health examination is taken under various
circumstance which help to provide the aspect which is associated with patient safety and their
security. As per this, the healthcare professional is trying to study their psychiatric attachment
they feel intimidated by the curve process, there are some feeling which is taking into the
account of previous history which is based on experience (Yayan and et. al., 2018). The
therapeutic requirement with the patient is needed when they are violent and they cannot control
with communication and interaction. With the contrast with given mental health examination and
the screening report, it is well indicated that the patient is violent and abusive and may create
harm to other. In such cases the therapeutic intervention which include pharmacological and non-
pharmacological approaches. The medication towards the mental health include various aspect,
the proper use of drug and their dose in order to inhibit the response which may create threat for
the nursing staff and other (Furnes and et. al., 2018).
In this, the proper investigation is being taken in order to know the person background
because it is helpful approach to treat the patient in the proper way. The psychiatric interview is
the core opportunity which is associated with the clinician which used to make the assessment of
the patient mental state and used to establish the therapeutic relationship. In this, the ability to do
with this which help to require the use of non-directive open questioning which is followed in
