it has in their work?
It is highly important that there is need to understand the culture which is has high implication in
work which is regarding understanding the patient with mental health. Culture play an important
role in understanding about different way of looking to the patient. It is high need to understand
the culture for implementing in work which country to provide mental health worker a better
way to active and to respond to present with mental health this is the one which create prosperity
to them and provide them the way through which they can provide better care to the patient with
mental care this can help up in improvement of patient (Espinosa-Medina, (2019)).

Name three historical events and describe their impact on the lives of Aboriginal and Torres
Strait Islander people.
Survival day January 26- This is a significant date for Australians due to various reasons.
This is also known as invasion day. This provide the achievement to proud of of the nation. This
has high impact on the aboriginal people this provide them the glory of Independence from
British who were in the past for stepping foot on country and dispossession and slaughtering
were done. This day made them free and provided freedom.
Apology day February 13- on which prime minister Kevin Rudd express their apology to
Australian indigenous people. This cover the reflect on generation of aboriginal and Torres Strait
islander. This was regarding past policy which were affecting mental health and well-being.
National close the gap day 2nd April each year- This is the one is provide the opportunity
for supporting for closing the 17-year life expectancy gap between aboriginal and Torres which
have highly impacted their life (Becker, (2018)).

It is important to respect the people from diverse culture due to the belong from different culture
and have a different aspect create different from every individual. There is a need to provide
