The main symptoms of psychosis involves hallucination, delusion and thought disorderPeople with first episode psychosis are those who have not experience psychosis beforePeople with first episode psychosis have physical manifestations like restlessness, pain, dizziness, constipation, fatigue and sleep disturbances (Mueser et al., 2015).Overview of population group:Young population group between the age of 15-29 years with 1s episode psychosis has been targeted for health promotion.Management of condition in young group is necessary so that the symptoms can be controlled at an early stage before the progression to mature stage of the disease.Early intervention is the gold standard of care for people with first episode of psychosis and the main rational for early intervention is that reducing the duration of untreated psychosis is necessary to improve clinical, functional and social outcomes in the long term (Kirkbride et al., 2016).
