the depression because of having work pressure and some more personal issues. While sue to this
they do not have time for taking rest and also making their work loaded. This will explain about
the depression in the UK and usually people are dealing with them.

INTRODUCTION
Mental health illness should be work with having proper condition in human being and
that could also important for taking proper precaution in which the people can work. This report
will explain about the condition in mental health illness while having the depression condition
under the various people. Along with this critically evaluate about the services supportive from
the private organization and voluntary sector while having the mental health illness.
Furthermore, also examined about the services users experience while taking the intervention
from the organization and about usually how they deal with having situation.

While this could be clearly seems that in working with having private organization as
they have high work pressure in which the person can work. This could be believe that role for
the employee, employers and manager that have the work pressure. In such cases as many
private organization have their work load pressure towards the employee in which they sometime
can cause the depression and might be sometime that could led with having the mental health
illness (Trnka and Lorencova, 2020). While this can cause mainly to working age adult in which
they work with having long hour and that could not be good for their health. While this can be
cause with having sign and symptoms such feeling sad and unhappy, excessive fears,
unnecessary feeling guilt, tendency to react with violence etc. In such activities the person can be
seems to be having the high impact over through which he/she can cause many health issues.
