Executive summary
Patients suffering from mental illness go to various doctors and psychiatrists in order to
diagnose their disease in a proper way. This requires them to share their story to every
professional they visit. At a particular point, these patients get irritated at sharing their story and
hence speak less. This as a result creates problem for the professionals in diagnosing their
problems and refer them proper medication. This particular report discusses regarding an
application that cold b introduced in health care institutes which would make the process of
storytelling easier for the patients. It would help the professionals as well.
