INTRODUCTION
Life is part of different ages where individual analyze different experience in multiple
ages factors. It includes different age of groups like toddlerhood, childhood, adolescence, aged
and many more where people evaluate numerous experiences from changes in their biological
aspects, family culture, social environment, relatives, friends and many more (Bernardini and
et.al., 2018). From the case study it’s been evaluated that Joel when enter into adolescence age I
analyze that their mood swings depends on various factors. Joel suffered issues from mental
health issues because of mother death in 12 year age and family conflicts. This study will
develop information that how counselor can specifically resolve physiological issues or manage
life efficiency within specific period of time, Also its explain which intervention technique helps
to resolve individual issue for their facilitate change and its provides knowledge of how mental
health counselor play major role in Joel mental health stability.
MAIN BODY
Key principles and goals of the approach in working with Joel
I evaluated from the Joel activities that within Adolescence period of time which means
12 years of age when he lose his mother they get badly impacts and affects from mental health
issues. I analyze that when children grow they mainly evaluated and identified numerous factors
and activities from their near cultural and family members activities which impacts on their
mental health.
From the above study of Joel I clearly I decides to become counselor who mainly has
ideas and experience for resolve mental, psychological health issues solution and provide better
life to patients who suffer from mental disorder because its essential to individual who mainly go
through from age within 10 to 19 where as a counselor I do have clarity that individual get
mainly affects from family conflicts (Knoester and et.al., 2019).
When Joel was in age of 12th years old and his mother death happened. So in this
developmental period of life decide to implement one major principles and goal approach for
their health effectiveness is daily motivational practices distribution like they do have listen good
things, involves into different tasks and participates into social culture, build attraction towards
