INTRODUCTION
 Mental illness is one where the person have condition of serious disorder in the overall
behavior and thinking.
 Also, the present presentation is based on case study of Jan Novak in which the patient is
suffering severely with lots of health problems that needs proper action on time.
 Furthermore, the presentation will identify the needs of the individuals and will discuss on
how needs could be met with involvement of other professionals.
 Also, various issues of capacity and consent will also be covered in this presentation. Lastly,
