There are some people feels worried, stressed or even feels down for some thing which is
happen in their lives (Mental Disorders and Treatment, 2017). There are number of factor which
affect and create impact on mental health. These factor are either formulate risk, or protect the
mental health and well-being of person. As per the context with mental illness everyone is vary
from their living pattern. So, risk and protective factor are also different from one to another. By
improving protective factor and declining risk attributes from day to day life help in
improvisation of mental health. There are various factor which are discussed.
Feeling of loneliness and isolation are something that various people feels and go through
this phase. These feeling and emotion are normal but if these do not pass then create negative
impact on mental health band persist for long time create mental illness (Matejkowski and et. al.,
2020). There are various reason which is relocation or death of family member, friend and
partner, living on your own, poor family connection, difficulties socialising and feeling like that
the person never belongs, feeling loss and grief and many more.
The loss and grief also affect the mental status which is include death of loved ones, end
of any relationship, a miscarriage, and loss of job, separation form family and friend and many
more create feeling of loss.
