Reflective Account For this project, reflection is based on the different topic covered in module (Dierckens and et. al., 2020). This is an effective opportunity that was gained by me. By doing this module I experienced positive and negative feelings that effects on my project. In order to reflect my experience regarding doing the module, I used Gibbs reflective cycle. This is an essential model of reflection and includes five steps which are description, feelings, evaluation, conclusion and action. All these are important steps of Gibbs reflective cycle and helps me in describing my entire journey for doing this investigation. All steps of Gibbs reflective cycle model will be explained as below: Description:For this module, I learned about the information about the research. In week first I understand about the formulation of research objective and in week second I learned regarding about the different topics such as research problem, data collection, population and sample etc. In week three, I understood about the access of timetable. For completing this module, I studied in 12 weeks and increased my knowledge regarding the research. In week for I understand the importance and purpose of the literature review in the design of a research project. I used qualitative research that results in attainment of aim and objectives of the project. With the help of qualitative research, I easily collected secondary data from books, journals, magazines, publication study etc. All these sources helped me when I needed data in form of secondary and qualitative manner. I used poster for describing entire information about the project aim, objectives, material, method etc. in effective manner. Thus, this project was best opportunity for my career growth and progress. Feelings:By doing this module I felt both positive and negative aspects that directly effects on my performance level. In week five, I experienced positive feeling when I wanted to prepare a poster about the topic. During this process I enhanced my presentation skill that results in completion of full project effectively. I felt nervous while development of research aim and objectives because there was not clear information regarding the research area. Despite of this, I created effective aim and objectives which are understanding the significance and relationship between aims, objectives, hypothesis and research problem. Therefore, in this week I increased my performance level by examine criteria, techniques and methods to formulate aims, objectives and research hypothesis.
Evaluation:By executing all these topics in different weeks, I evaluate my strengths and weakness. By evaluating this, I become able in completion of full project systematically and successfully. I evaluate that, I am good in communication, presentation of information,making decision etc. These are my biggest strengths that supported me in completion of each and every activity of project in systematic manner. I evaluated that I am excellent in communicating all information about the research aim to the participants of the study. I am also excellent in presenting of entire information in graphical manner. It is identified by me when I need data in form of graphical manner. Therefore, all these are my strong points that supported me in completion of full project in systematic as well as successful manner. When I needed in completion of multiple activities on given time, I am lack. With the help of this situation I identified that, my time management skill was not good. Due to this, I faced certain challenges or issues which negatively impacts mine success of personality growth. These difficulties impacted my performance level and restrict me to complete all the studies perfectly in proficient manner Conclusions From the stated points of Gibbs reflective cycle, I explained my entire journey that was effective for my career progress and growth. According to me, I think I have provided my best to complete the different aspects studied in weeks but yet there are some aspects which I could have included in my module work for further development of my knowledge and personality. I think that collection of data from primary sources are much better as compare to secondary sources. I always prefer to use qualitative research that was effective and useful in attainment of research aim and objectives systematically. There are many different sources of secondary data collection such as magazines, books, publication research etc. All these sources are helpful in gathering of proper and accurate data about the research topic. In end, with the use of my presentation skill, decision making skill, communication skill etc. I easily able to get the knowledge about different aspects related to research. Action This is a last step ofGibbs reflective cycle that helped me in improvement of my weakness effectively. I am weak in managing time that was biggest drawback for me during completing the studies and ascertaining knowledge from different topics studied in weeks. In order to overcome this issue, proper segregation of tasks on the basis of priority will be helpful to improve mine time management skill. In case, another chance is provided to me then will
