REFLECTIVE ACCOUNT Currentreflectivestatementisbasedontheinfluenceofsocialmediatoolsfor international strategic business management. This topic provide wider scope to the company in enhancing their competitive image at global market. It also provide vast knowledge to me that support me in enhancing my experience in undertaking research on the basis of influence of social media (Lamberton and Stephen, 2016). For analysing my whole experience of carry out current investigation, I have use Gibb's model as it is consider as an effective tool that help in explaining own experience of entire activities that I have done in the investigation. Mainly, it is also support in analysing as well as undertaking research activities in more effective and at the same time also evaluating my own experience. Mainly, this model includes various stages that provide entire experience of doing activities of investigation. All the steps of reflective model can be understood by following description: Description: I am glad to get an opportunities for undertaking research as it helped me in analysing the specific area on which I have evaluate the study. In a initial stage i.e. week 1st, I have develop my knowledge that how to develop a research proposal so that I perform all the activities of research successfully. After that, in 2ndweek I have learnt about how to set research aims and objectives because on the basis of this entire aspects of phase of research is carried out. On the basis of this, I have developed a structured literature review that includes in-depth evaluation on the basis of determined research objectives or questions. This research provide me hugeopportunitiesindevelopingknowledgeaboutinfluenceofsocialmediatoolsfor international strategic business management. The main purpose of carried out current research is to evaluate how different tool of social media for developing the brand image at international market. For analysing the same, I have used secondary method of data collection which includes different sources. As, I putted my best efforts of collecting realistic and authentic information that helped me in improving the overall effectiveness of the study. Along with this, it is also provides various tools that used by company to develop a strategy forstrategic business management at international level. At the time of completing research activities, I have analysed that my communication and analytical skills was developed as I have easily done research and gather information. For this, I have used various sources of secondary methods like books, journals, articles, magazines and many more. With the help of these sources I had collect qualitative information. 1
Feelings:At the time of carry out this research activities I felt encouraged and motivated to develop my personal and professional skills. While undertaking this study, I have undertake research methods and philosophies in 4thweek. Along with this, I felt that I have to gather reliable information for analysing the research topic. This is the reason that I have decided that I havegatherinformationfromrespondents.Whileundertakingresearchandcollecting information I faced various issues which is related with the time and cost. It put adverse impact over the performance of mine in completing the study in allotted period of time. At the time of this, I encouraged and motivate myself to manage research activities more effectively so that I got appropriate results at the end of the investigation. Evaluations:In 5thweek I got depth knowledge about research methodologies as different methods were used or implemented that helped me in understanding about how to collect accurate data. Along with this, I have also evaluated that I have good communication skills and also being able to managing time. These skills helped in managing research activities and at the same time also support in communicating with respondents for collecting information. In addition to this, I also evaluated that my research skills is also good by which I have gathered relevant information. On the other side, my confidence level is low at the time of presenting my work in-front of my tutors as it failed in providing proper and accurate information. This can be put negative impact over the end results of investigation. Analysis:Under 6thand 7thweek of research, themes are developed in order to analyse of gather detailed information. In this stage I have analysed that my time management skills are effective by which I easily attained all the set aims and objectives in stipulated time frame. Furthermore,communicationskillswasalsoappropriatethatprovideassistancemein communicating and interacting with my tutors. As I have used secondary method of data collection that helped me in gathering reliable information. By this, I was able to attain all the set research and objectives in an effective manner. Conclusion:In 8thweek is have explained findings and discussion of the research activities. In this context, it is summarised that there are lots of activities that I have done in undertaking the research. I needs to work on my presentation skills and confidence level because without this I am not being able to present research information. Along with this, I also concluded that using secondary methods of data collecting one of the effective method that I have taken for this study because it provided me detailed information.
