Some of these are given underneath: Strengths: Primal strength of my own is, I know how to develop presentation in Powerpoint and also, I can consider different tools that are available within Powerpoint, it directly helps me in pulling out favourable outcomes right on time and in much effective and in efficient manner. Also, I am good in interpersonal skills, which I will be considering as an effective strength of my own as it makes me much more confident while delivering information to others based on the presentation that I have developed on Powerpoint. Another strength of my own that came in front was utilising the Excel, which is spreadsheet related tool of MS Office, tbat may help me in developing different graphs whether they are pie chart or any other graphs like line bar and so on. Also, I am good in mathematics and also I know about different short keys for both the tools, which directly be considered as an effective approach that helped me out in managing time and developing the different presentations in much effective and in efficient manner. Time management skill is considered to be one of the weakness or weak point that came in front while conducting different tasks in relation to Powerpoint or while conducting different activities like while finishing the project. This impacted negatively on overall performance level of my own. Also, it affected finishing related activities of the different tasks right on time. Communication skills is said to be another weak point of my own, which has raised many concerns for me while utilising Presentation related tool in one of the crucial MS Office tool. This may create number of issues for my own while delivering the presentation in front of my colleagues anf tutors as well. Away with this, it brings less motivation in me and impacts my confidence as well. Another issue or weakpoint that I found that I have in me is that I am weak in Teamworking skill. Reason that came in front was delegation of work in my team was not that effective enough and raised questions on my leadership style, that I was utilising lastly, while delivering different tasks related information to my colleagues. This overall situation of different tasks, raised questions of my ability of becoming a leader and to become a manager in a company in near future. Perceptions While conducting different activities in relation teamworking and other skills, it will be required by me to focus on different aspects. Like, having colleagues invest energy preparing and working with each other to build up a superior comprehension of each other's range of abilities. Me and other representatives will start to depend on others in the gathering for commitments dependent on their center capabilities; this will help make a progressively effective gathering. At the point when me and my colleagues realize who to depend on to get assignments finished for each task, it will make achieving objectives simpler. On the other hand, if it is talked about time management skill while utiling Powerpoint and Excel sheet on a particular project, then making and following an errand plan decreases tension. As I would require to verify things on my schedule, I can see that I am gaining substantial ground. This encourages me abstain from learning about worried with stress over whether I am completing things (Shum and et. al., 2016). Therefore, improvement among different skills like communication, time management, and others will help me in becoming a much more fruitful individual as a person and I might deliver right job in much effective and in efficient manner as well. To effectively execute any venture, I have to choose which stages or segments of the task are generally essential to your business and the effect of each stage/segment in the short, medium, and long terms. Regardless of how hardly I attempt, I will get occupied to a great extent. That is an unavoidable situation while utiling Powerpoint and Excel. Moreover, nobody can work for a considerable length of time. I have analysed that as a whole need breaks to assist us with remaining gainful. The best activity is to acknowledge that interruptions will occur and attempt to consolidate them into the timetable. Conclusion Focusing the above mentioned report, it is concluded that it will be required by me to develop an effective continuous improvement plan and develop an action plan as well so that my goals related to enhancing my existing skills will effectively be attained right on time.
