INTRODUCTION
The well being may be referred to as the state where the person feels being comfortable
and happy. Well being also known as wellness refers to as the intrinsically valuable thing for a
person. The current study will deal will the analysis of well being and impact of other factors
over it.
The aim of the study is to find that “can it be predicted that mental well being within
2021 lockdown from the joint predictor relating to isolation, self efficacy and resilience. It is
very necessary for the company that they must effectively analyse that whether these three
predicts affect the mental well being of the person or not.
The research question being analysed in the present study is that whether these element
predict that mental well being or not.
Literature review
In the opinion of Evanoff and et.al., (2020) the mental well being is being defined as the
thoughts and feeling which person has and how they can cope up with any issue or problem. For
the person to have good life it is necessary that proper mental well being is present so that they
can effectively live well. Also, mental well being is very important for the person to have good
life and live in good manner.
Linden and Stuart (2020) articulates that there are many different factors which affect the
well being of the person. The reason underlying this fact is that there are many variables or other
factors which can affect the mental health or well being of the person. These factors may involve
self- efficacy, isolation and resilience. The self- efficacy is being referred to as the belief of one
person in themselves that they can execute all the work in better manner.
On the other hand, Powell and et.al., (2019) argues that isolation is being defined as state
of being away from others or distanced from others. Isolation can have a great impact over the
mental well being of the person. This is because of the reason that in case person is isolated then
this can affect their thinking capability and as a result of this the working of the person might get
affected. Along with this, Inkster, Sarda and Subramanian (2018) states that resilience is stated
as capacity of person to recover from the difficulties in easier manner. When the person is
