In order to attract more guests to the newly built restaurant it is important to make certain
changes to the current menu. The restaurant serves starter, main course and desserts in its menu
but there are certain drawbacks to the existing menu as these lack variety. Currently the
restaurant serves in all of the following segments:
À la carte
Buffet
Cyclical
In addition to the above the restaurant also serves food as per the requirements of different
seasons.
Keeping in mind the above segments and the fact that it is expected that people from different
culture and diverse background will visit the restaurant different types and cuisine on the basis of
ethnicity shall be offered to the guests.
Chinese cuisine:
Noodles:
Noodles is one of the most popular Chinese cuisine and require extremely small amount of time
to prepare. Considering the popularity of the food item and the ease of cooking it is a must in the
menu.

Ingredients for each order are given in the table below:

Tomato 15 gm.
Black paper As required.
Tomato and sauce As required for garnishing.
Chili Chicken:
It is one of spiciest dishes offered in Chinese cuisine. Originated from the Sichuan region, the
dish is also known as Szechwan chili chicken.
Ingredients for each order are given in the table below:

Vegetable oil 2 table spoon
Tomato 50 gm.
