Introduction:
Metabolic manipulators and Bio-chemical analysis of cells along with blood and urine is an
effective means in the hands of physicians to detect the disease of different types, organ failure
and dope cheating. A detailed discussion on importance of metabolism and how metabolic
manipulator is helpful in detection of different diseases and dope cheating is made here.
Metabolic manipulator- Uridine:
Classified as one of the four pyrimidines Uridine is a ring structure associated with
glycosidic in d-ribose molecule. The figure in 1.1 will be helpful in
understating the shape of Uridine. In nucleotide metabolism it is one of most
essential factors along with other co-factors also known as pyrimidine
metabolism. With glycolysis and protein Uridine increases toxicity level to act
as co-factor in nucleotide metabolism. (1)
