INTRODUCTION
The report is about the identifying the challenges faced by the graduate students and what
needed to be done for developing the skills required for the future. The knowledge they need to
gain by performing challenges. The report is concluded of the action plan for overcoming the
challenges faced and develop the skills that are required in the future business.

Challenges focusing on the business angle
The challenges that are important for the future business are discussed that help in the
developing of the skill that will be required for the career development in business.
Apprentice Challenges
The apprentice challenge is able to aim for the improving team performance as well as
communicative skills. The challenges are suitable for the staff level task and the challenge can be
tailored for meeting the specific needs and aims. This challenge help working in teams a well
competing in the team against each other. The completion of the apprentice challenge allows
learning more skills that are needed for working in teams and communication challenges that
may arise while working in time. The apprentice challenge is designed for the fulfilling the core
business attributes in me and develop the skills like leadership, commercial awareness, teamwork
and delegation (Deady and et.al, 2020). The activity allows me to learn following factors during
working that are:
Gift of gab – this helps in making the list for the budget for the team for completing the mission
and for the process.
Shopping channel showdown – the team members have to present the product they are
producing.
On the box - I was given 30 seconds for making of an advertisement for the product new are
working on in a team.
Workout motivators – the motivation for working in the team for achieving the common goal is
achieved.
Presentation challenge
The presentation challenges are very useful for the career in the business and it allows me
to learn different skills during the presentation. The presentation need to be designed in such a
way that the audience are attracted to the presentation. The presentation needs to be dealing with
