There are various functions that are essential to undertake in order to achieve

essential to undertake in order to attain predefined objectives. In context of Tesco, managers of
company carry out various functions to meet with the demand of potential buyers. Marketing is
a crucial activity that helps to attract more number of buyer towards the product and service of
organization ( Hurst, Azevedo and Hawranik, 2018). It make them enable to earn higher profit
margins through increasing in sales. Finance department of entity procure, allocate funds as per
requirement. They are responsible to make efficient utilizations of available fund,minimize cost
and inflate profit margin. Operations is an essential functions that is carry out to ensure business
efficiency and higher productivity. Human resources are key person of entity and put their
efforts for the success and growth of organization. There are strong interlink between all these
