MG410 CAREER VIEWPOINT

INTRODUCTION
The current assignment will present in form of self-reflection, it will explain personal
analysis and career action plan which considered personal development and career related
activities. The study will also justify CV that include key skills, knowledge and experience that a
person have. The report will define each information related to excellent job opportunity existed
in market and that is human resource. It is one of those job chances that help to grow
professional career in unexpected manner. Human resource is the most demanding post in recent
time, because many companies due to workforce diversity are facing issues that hamper their
work and productivity and for which their management seeks to hire skilled and experienced HR
that able to perform within human resource department in productive manner. In order to play
this role in the future in effective manner, certain skills such as effective communication,
decision making, etc. requiring including great knowledge about HR policies and laws.
MAIN BODY
Personal analysis
A personal evaluation is considered as procedure of analyzing own skills and
competences as strengths and improvement areas as weakness that may affect growth related to
personal as well as professional career. Here, I conduct this process which enable me to define
my current skills, knowledge and experience. Furthermore, it also helps me to describe areas
what areas I lack evidence in, where I need further evidence in my applications and also where I
feel weak in my overall application.
Skills, knowledge and experience (Strengths)-
By referring to SWOT analysis as strategic framework, I want to describe my personal
skill, and further things that provide a lot of benefits to me and I utilize these abilities as my
strengths to obtain current job opportunity in retail industry. I am capable to communicate with
other people in effective and influencing manner, because of having good communication skill,
which enable me to interact with other people and understand their point of views regarding
specific subject or topic. With this competence, I will get my desire job and obtain benefits from
it while working as human resource within retail industry. Effective communication skill allows
me to motivate others and encourage them to conduct varied activities that may help to grow and

feel confidence (Milton and et.al., 2020). It provides more benefits to me related to personal and
professional career. Along with above, I also had effective planning skill as resource analysis,
which made me capable to identify which candidate require to work as specific position at
workplace in order to achieve strategic aims and objectives of a company that has operated under
retail industry from longer (Snell-Rood and et.al., 2020). It is one of those competences that an
employer requires to have among skilled candidate who apply for job as human resource
manager that accountable for varied things and especially worker’s performance.
I possess great knowledge about advance and digital techniques that help me to work
with those technologies which allow me to complete my work on time and strengthen to provide
desire outcomes of that who expect from me. This knowledge is beneficial for my personal and
professional career growth as it permits me to conduct market research and data collection
practice in systematic manner and also allow to collect appropriate data. With this understanding
I will work as effective human resource manager in department because it gives me power to
manage staff performance and their attendance by using advanced technologies or HRM
software’s.
With above skills and knowledge, I also possess effective and beneficial experience
related to team work, which made me able to perform within unit where many candidates
perform together for purpose of achieving common aim or objective.
Areas to concentrate my personal development around-
Along with strengths, I had some weak points that put negative impact on my success and
professional as well as personal career progress. For example, I am lacking in certain areas like
effective problem solving skills, which create barriers in my growth as a learner and employee in
the future. I possess bad knowledge about problem solving competence, which I have to improve
or develop successfully. I also want to develop understanding about customer service
management and training that help to train workers and those that tend to improve their skills and
overcome weaknesses like I had. Just because of this weakness I will never strengthen existing
and new candidates which is quite important for them as well as for a company in that they
perform. I feel weak in data collection as my overall application, because of not having great
power of decision making skill. I am not posing great experience and knowledge about
employment laws that enable me to perform as human resource executive.
