INTRODUCTION Retailindustryistheprocesswhereconsumerthroughthemultiplechannelsof distribution for earning amount of profits. They basically satisfied demand in identifying through supply chain in market. It also refers to the activities in which they sell their products and services directly to consumer or end-users (Yuliansyah, Gurd and Mohamed, 2017). This report explainaboutgeneraltrendsimpactsofretailingindustryalongwithvariousskillsand knowledge that are to be required. Also, evaluation about the vacancy while by providing appropriate jobs. I have chosen to retail industry as because I have more interest in doing research about retailing sector. Furthermore, I think that while by doing this report I can gain more knowledge and developed my skills as well knowledge. ANALYSIS AND APPLICATION Trends and their impact on Retailing industry There are various trends which are being evolving in retailing industry and has direct and major impact over this sector. The impact can be said as both which means positive and negative. This means that there are many trends which puts positive impacts in the form of raising business of companies associated with retailing industry while there are some trends which adversely affect this sector. Out of those trends some are: Digitalization: With the fast changing economy the whole retailing industry is being shifting from traditional to modern concept along with adoption of digitalization trends. As its name itself derive its meaning that digitalization means converting physical operation into digital or online mode (Parviainen, 2017). It would not be wrong to said that this trend has both positive and negative impact over retailing sector. On the one side as it raises growth or speed of retailing sector but at the same time it also raises cyber crimes in country. Through this trend retailing sector is able to deliver its product at a fast rate along with raising interaction with its customers. As this trend has dual aspect which means that on the one side it makes speedy transaction and at the same side it raises quality services because of the involvement of customer's feedback and reviews. Changing payment mode:
Along with changing technological trends payment mode also got changed. This means that place of physical money is being taken over by digital money. Now it makes easy for retailing sector to take payment of their customers through the use of digital money or digital wallets. With the outburst of Covid-19 pandemic this mode of payment has proves very successful for retailing industry in terms of safety measures. Globalization: With the terms of globalization and changing trends it becomes very easy for retailing industries to raise their global appearances through online or digital platform. Although with the concept of globalization level of competition has raised but at the same time it has benefited retailing sectors in making and creating their global appearance (Ramazanov, 2021). This has boost up its sales and profit percentages due to access of more and more customers towards it. Changing market trends: Changing market trends from traditional to global, retail industry got too much benefit. As earlier retail industry deal its business from its physical store while after changing trends it start dealing virtually with its customers. With the launching and introduction of mobile applications, access of retail industry can be easily approached on mobile platform also. This would be right to say that with the changing trend of market and introduction of mobile applications the business associated with retailing sector has reached to next level along with accomplishment of its objectives. Required key skills or experience for dealing in retailing sector Personal skills: Communication: It is one of the important skill which is foremost requirement of retailing sector. With effective communication skill an individual will be able to express ideas and thoughts more clearly and effectively (Hanaysha, 2018). Since it is very important to have clarity of idea and thought so presence of this skill will help an individual to deal effectively in retailing sector. Patience: It is one of the important skill which is required to be present in an individual while dealing in retailing sector. Since, it is a common tendency of some people that they take decision

Presence of empathy enables an individual to understand and analyse what customer's want and how to fulfil that want. This is one of the best skill that is being required in retailing industry while selling its products to its customers. Presence of this skill in an individual is usually high in demand in almost every industry. Friendliness: An employee belong to this industry should be friendly in nature. This means that if an employee while dealing with customers adopts friendly approach then this will lead to raise in sales of companies associated with retailing industry. Quick learner: It is most important skill that should be present in a retailing employee. An individual should always be a quick learner. This means that individual should learn and understand the concept quickly in a short span of time. Also, an individual should be a quick adopter who can adopt and understand changes and changing trends quickly and act accordingly (Wesley, Jackson and Lee, 2017). This skill will not only help an individual in personal life but this will also prove beneficial for retailing sector in terms of saving cost in training and development. Knowledge and expertise: Customer handling: An individual belongs to retailing sector must be an expert in customer handling. Since retailing sector is fully customer oriented sector so it is very essential for an individual to have expertise in customer handling if they wish to enter or wants to belong to this sector. As every customer have different nature and perspective so it is very essential for employees of retailing sector that they must be expert in handling different kind and perspective of customers (Singh, 2018).Also,forhandlingsuchcustomersemployeesshouldhaveknowledgeofgood communication and leadership qualities so that they can handle as well as influence customer in positive way. Quality improvement and management:
It is also very essential that employees belongs to this sector must have expertise in quality improvement and management practices. Employees associated with this sector should have such knowledge and expertise that they can analyse customer's need and wants along with their reviews. And on the basis of those analyses they can make and implement quality improvement practices along with management of existing quality of products. This expertise is essentially required in the field of retailing sector because on the basis of this expertise and knowledge companies belonging to this sector can make their product superior in comparison of other substitutes along with raising their sales proportions. EVALUATIONS I am interested in doing executive administration job and that I have founds in Morion's retailing industry in which I think that I could develop my skills and build up my knowledge more while by performing various activities. In this they are required with highly educated along with experience of 3-4 years and I have my self-motivated skills which always supported me in working with different sectors. Hence, this job role in future keeps in working with various other countries along with various more other industry through which that could make me better in performing with some other sector and well-developed my skills. This job is more important for me as I have set up my mind in doing this job, and I am waiting for since so many months for doing job in Morrisons with having position at executive administration. It being related to my skills that I must have such as managing work, scheduling work and so on. So for this I think that I must be professional for working in this company along with that which might be make be more developed and skills that I need to be build and satisfaction that I want from my job. In executive administration job they are must be required with experience, self- motivated, good interpersonal skills, strong communication, networking and management skills this all help me in developing my knowledge and I think that I would be more capable for handling their work and managing their work as per they want in their company. I have preferred this job opportunities because it makes my skills and myself well-developed. I want this job so that I would male myself much better and such kind opt employee that manager working in this could be happy. Moreover, I would like to make my customer satisfaction along with that company could have more profits, this job opportunities might be more important fo9r me, and I am much interested in doing this. About Morrison, I have heare4d too many times, I
