INTRODUCTION
Career view point is the process that helps in making an individual enhance its career
after completing graduation within specific field. In relation to this I have selected Human
Resource department within huamn resource. This has been chosen by me after completing
graduation. The grounds of choosing this filed is based upon making interaction with new
persons and creating influence upon them to join the organization by enhancing employees
percentage is been done. It is going to make my career developed in positive manner within the
field of Human resource management. Further I have described about skills, knowledge and
experience which is required for working within an organization.
Analysis and application
General trends which impact on human resource
After completing my MBA within HR specialization, I have worked as an intern in
various small scale organizations of London within the filed of Human resource. In order to
improvise my career I have been seeking bigger opportunities in relation to jobs within same
field but in well established organization. For this purpose I have used different job searching
apps like naukri.com and shinee.com which serves my interest. Currently with the help of linked
in site I have got job opportunity within Tesco Plc as a HR manager within human resource
department. This is one of the most popular department of UK that operates in different countries
( Lipshits-Braziler and Gati, 2019). For gaining of competitive advantage and strong
management mechanism an organization seeks over more qualified and experience candidates, in
order to work within an organization. In relation to Tesco using internet and searching about the
organization I have observed that it gives chance to new talent or freshers holding experience of
2 – 3 years within the field I am searching for. This means that organization is more focused
upon new and innovative ideas which makes improvisation of management department possible.
It increases my chance over showing abilities in relation to organization which enhances my
carer overall.
Through secondary resources like government census report, I have evaluated that from
some years performance of Tesco is not up to the mark in relation to its competitors like ASDA
and H&M. I have observed that reason behind this is rigid policies, lack of quality workforce and
not been able to provide appropriate training methods. These are important for an organization
