INTRODUCTION
The management of company’s employees is the highest critical activity which businesses upon which
they does not has any attention in order to estimate the industry. There are several approaches which drive and
keep management of people within a working environment that are listed in company’s portfolio. In the present
report Easy jet is a company which is being considered (Agarwal and et al., 2021). The UK based company deals
in offering airline services; in the year 2019 company had a collaboration which allowed them to generate €6385
million along with recruiting more than 15518 employees within firm. The company involves different angles of
governance and corporate nearer to the office of company’s training and development cell which was being
represented in company’s portfolio. Along with this, the company’s portfolio also comprises of capacity
management in collaboration that assists the perspective of exhibition. In the report some proposals are being
developed in order to strengthen the divisional management into three biggest territories being mentioned that is
company’s management board, board capacity and planning and advancement. The collaboration of Easy Jet will
hold its part being a leader in market with a reason of high thinking skills of company’s directors and top level
management. Company has followed autocratic style of administration that keeps a correspondence method
among company’s representatives as well as employers. The most important thing which company considers is
innovation and prior preparation which they can render in a critical way for their employees in order to enhance
company’s profitability as well as capacity for experiencing high revenues. For the concept of performance
management proper governance of firm’s capacity is an essential part when workers show their high potential
which brings a scope of retaining highest level of talent within the organisation.
TASK 1: Some contemporary issues which a line management faces when it comes to
people management?
Issue related to Proprietorship:
The highest amount of investment was made by Stelios who hold a position of Non-executive Chairman
who was not in favour of company’s expansion along with an approach of management at Easy Jet.
Increasing of investor’s income is the prime aim instead of increasing in wealth. Stelios has an argument with the
team that at current position there cannot be a change in profit as well as in capital where the consumption is
based upon the performance of company’s cost upon net profit for the newest carrier. He then demanded for more
190 units of aircrafts to be available for fly so to have surpluses in different manner which can be used as
rationing money (Al-Balushi and Durugbo, 2020). Stelios quoted that in order to recover or to minimise the
chances of changes in market and returns in bad money form armada manufacturing technique should not be
