INTRODUCTION
 The behaviour in organization is a study of human and its behaviour in the
particular industry.
 The motivation refers to activities to initiate and guide the people so that they get
oriented towards the common goal. Morrison is a multinational supermarket
having headquarter in Bradford, England, the company is having about 10
percentage of market share.

The organizational culture of Morrison is well-developed as all the employee's
know their power to perform the duties and the power is also distributed as per
the role of the employees.
