Introduction
Change management is basically the method
through which all the companies implement
certain innovation and ideas with the changes
and also implements various processes that are
being internal and external sources. The change
management is being made in order to promote
the growth and to get a varied result in the
market by attracting the customers through their
new ideas and techniques.

As in the current situation of pandemic Covid there is a major crisis in all the
sectors as there is being analyses that all the sectors whether they are retail,
hospitality, marketing etc. are majorly being affected by it. But as such the most
adverse effect which is being faced was by global hospitality market as travel and
tourism came to an end after the rising of Covid and that created the loss of
revenues and high turnover is on various areas in the Covid situation. All the
hospitality industries faced a major loss in this pandemic situation due to the fear
of lives and also the health and safety measures.
