Change management is a process about to initiate some kind of change based on

changes on the basis of the needs and requirements of the sector along with the business
entity. Unplanned change is the change that is taken to mitigate certain urgent requirements
associated with the business environment. Following are the impacts that unplanned and
emergent changes has created over the Barnacle Bay country House Hotel.
Improved cost burden
Unplanned change always create financial burden over the business entity. The impact
of unplanned change is such that this is incurred without any proper planning to mitigate
some immediate requirements and need of the business entity. This can be stated as the
