In this report we will discuss and learn about Australia’s spectacular,
natural environment, and lifestyle. This report will give brief explanation
about Australian tourism breathtaking natural attractions and welcoming
nature environment. Australia is a country with multi diversity. Australia
has provided friendly environment to various cultural backgrounds people.
People of Australia have always embraced the outer culture and have
always encourage to promote other culture with equal importance. Cities
with attraction place that tourist can explore like Sydney, Melbourne and
Goldcoast which has number of activities that can be done. Like sky diving
from Wollongong, camel ride in cable beach, surfing in Bondi and visit place
like kangaroo island where we can encounter Kangaroos, Koala, sealion and
marine life. Economic aspect of Australian tourism how much tourism is
contributing to Australia economy. Challenges faced by Australian tourism
because of COVID-19 international travel restriction which made tourist to
travel and explore and recommendation to overcome the Challenges.

INTRODUCTION TO AUSTRALIA’S TOURISM
Australia is a country with multitude number of spectacular natural place
that is breathtaking and worth travelling. From iconic Sydney Opera House
to Ningaloo reef. Australia has wide range of natural attractions including
world best beaches, old rainforest, flora, and fauna that are so rare nowhere
to found in any region of world but only in Australia & adventurous
activities that attract millions of people who are fond of natures. Australia is
a country with multi diversity. Australia has provided friendly environment
to various cultural backgrounds people. People of Australia have always
embraced the outer culture and have always encourage to promote other
culture with equal importance. As result we can see number of other
nationalities making home by creating a live able atmosphere. Australia has
absorbed culinary contribution and adaptations from various cultures
around the world. From briny cold-water oysters in southern waters to the
sweet white flesh of wild barramundi in north Australia provide high
quality seafood. Australia has the best wine to accompanies its cuisines.
Australia’s reputation for wine quality is no questionable. Wines like Arras,
Grand Vintages, Tasmania 2009, Side wood Issabella Rose, Adelaide hills,
South Australia 2015, Tyrrell’s, Vat 1 Semillon, Hunter Valley, New South
Wales 2016 and Deep woods Estate, Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret
River, Western Australia 2020 are some of the best wines Australia has to
offer to Connoisseur. Australia’s favorable climate has always provided
suitable environment for it wines and people who consume them. Australia
experiences ample sunshine which makes it attractive place for outdoor
activities such as surfing, hiking, and sightseeing. Australia tourism attracts
millions of tourists from all around the world with its nature, food and
culture which contribute billions to its economy and provide employments
to hundred thousand of students. Australia is a world- leading tourist
destination which contributed 35.1 billion Australian Dollar to its economy
in 2022 AD. Employing 660,000 and counting number of people in this
industry. Tourism sector contributed 1.6 percentage in total GDP of year
2022 AD.

AUSTRALIA is a big country most of the surface area is desert mostly centre
part, inhabitable for people. More than 85% of population live in coastal
line of Australia. Australia has been one of the popular destinations on the
planet. Every year millions of people travel to Australia for vacation and the
number is increasing day by day. Australia is a tourist dream with stunning
wildlife, best beaches, National Park, Multicultural Cities, and natural
places. Some of the most popular places of Australia are:
Sydney: The largest and most popular city in the world, attracts millions of
tourists each year from around the globe. From iconic Sydney Opera House
to Sydney Harbour Bridge, it is known for architectural brilliance. The city
has place to visit like Taronga Zoo offers close encounters with animals and
stunning city views, while the Sydney Tower Eye provides panoramic views
from the second tallest observation tower in the Southern Hemisphere. The
historic neighbourhood of The Rocks showcases Sydney's convict past and
offers a glimpse of the magnificent Harbour Bridge. Darling Harbour is a
recreational hub with various attractions, and a ferry trip from Circular
Quay to Manly allows visitors to experience the beauty of Sydney Harbour.
Bondi Beach is a must-visit destination with excellent water activities and a
picturesque coastal walk to Coogee.
Gold Coast: Gold Coast an amazing region which is in south Brisbane on
Australia’s east coast. It’s suitable for long sandy beaches, surfing spots and
waterways. Gold coasts have many themes park such as Sea World,
Dreamworld, Wel’n wild Inland, Lamington National Park’s Mountain ridges
and valleys. Whether it’s Watching the sunrise at BURLEIGH, fishing at Main
Beach taking in the golden sand at Surfers Paradise this draws visitors
locally and from all over the world.
Lake Gairdner: Lake Gairdner located on north of the Gawler Ranges 731.17
KM from ADELAIDE; the park protects large saline lake system surrounded
by red sand hills. The park includes Australia’s third largest Salt Lake, Lake
Gairdner (plus Lake Everard and Lake Harris), which contains over 200
islands, in some parts of the lake the salt layer can be up to one meter thick.
The glistening, white, salt, surface is surrounded by the red foothills of the
Gawler Ranges.

WINE BEACH BAY: Australia Wineglass Bay is part of the Freycinet
Peninsula, an outcrop of wild, pristine coast land on Tasmania’s east coast.
Encompassed within the Freycinet National Park is considered one of the
top ten beaches in the world. Nestled in the iconic Hazards range and
bordered with pink granite peaks, Wineglass Bay is the most photographed
view in the entirety of our island state. It is about 2.5 hours’ drive from
north from Hobart and south from Launceston.
KANGAROO ISLAND: Kangaroo Island which lies in southwest of Adelaide
in South Australia is home to many kangaroos, koala, and sea lion. Kangaroo
Island remarkable Rocks, located in Kangaroo Island's Flinders Chase
National Park, is a famous landmark shaped by wind, sea, and rain over
millions of years. The granite boulders offer stunning views of the Southern
Ocean, especially during morning and late afternoon when the sun
highlights their lichen-covered surfaces. Another must-visit location is the
Enchanted Fig Tree, situated near Snelling Beach, where visitors can enjoy a
magical dining experience under the ancient tree's branches. Further along
the coast, Admirals Arch captivates with its natural rock formation and
stalactites, providing a habitat for seals, dolphins, whales, and unique
birdlife. Emu Bay offers a beautiful sandy beach protected from the wind,
and Vivonne Bay is a picturesque tropical paradise with white sandy shores
and clear waters, attracting dolphins and seals.
MELBOURNE: Melbourne is a costal metropole city with a cosmopolitan
vibe, which is home to galleries, gardens, museums, and natural reserves.
Melbourne has interesting architecture ranging from Victorian structure to
contemporary designs. City has a great food, night life and people. It has
number of destinations for tourist to explore including Royal Exhibition
Building, Fitzory Gardens, Melbourne Zoo, Federation Square, National
gallery of Victoria, Eureka Tower, the tall observation deck in all Melbourne
where you can het panoramic view over the city.

KARIJINI NATIONAL PARK: Karijini National Park which is second largest
national park in western Australia lies in Perth. Cantered around the
Hamersley Ranges, it is very mountainous and known for the gorgeous
gorges, slot canyons, and waterfalls that dot its confines. Rising above the
dark red hues of its rugged landscapes are the three highest peaks in the
west of Australia. These make for some fantastic hiking, as do the narrow
gorges and precipitous chasms snaking beneath them. Punctuating its
semi-arid terrain are a series of hidden water holes and glittering
waterfalls, which are amazingly refreshing to swim or bathe in after a dusty
walk.
BLUE MOUNTAIN: Blue Mountain is the best place known for its natural
sandstone ridges blanketed in native bushland. There are number of place
that we can explore and number of activities we can do. While in Blue
Mountain visitors can explore Three sister which is famous for viewing the
area’s most famous rock Information is Echo Point Lookout, which is also
the starting point for many great walks. Follow the easy path or descend
almost 1,000 stairs to the valley floor for a different perspective.
Australia is a country that has thousands of activities to offer to millions of
tourists to do. Some of the activities tourist can do while exploring
Australia are:_
SKY DIVING AT WOLLONGONG OVER: One of the fun activities to do in
Australia is Skydiving. In Australia there are number of places where you
can do skydiving. One of the best places to do sky diving has to be
Wollongong. Skydive over Wollongong in Sydney from 15,00 feet,
experiencing the thrill of freefall for up to an insane 60 second with an
amazing view of city and beach.
CAMEL AT SUNSET ON CABLE BEACH: Watch the ocean sink into the
Indian Ocean as you ride in the camel train by the water’s edge. Enjoy the
sunset at beautiful Cable Beach on a 1-hour camel & feeding carrot to the
camel after ride.

dominance. In October and November, you will see lots of mothers and
calves swimming down the coast. They usually swim a little slower and
stick to the shoreline on their migration back south.

restrictions and risk of spreading contamination from travelling resulted
decline in tourism growth. Worldwide lockdown and closer of business
including hospitality business cause huge unemployment. Hotels, resort
and tourism related business were shutdown with a risk of rapid
transmission of covid. Financial Crisis made hard for most of the business
to cover their daily expenses. Covid 19 effect was so strong that after uplift
of travel restriction also, people were having hard time to get jobs and
tourism business were that people were struggling financially and

travelling was not possible. Hospitality business were recovering in slow
pace because of lack of international tourists. After year of Covid 19 there is
improvement in Australia’s tourism sector business are reviving, people
getting their job back and which is helping in recovering economy. Another
factor effecting Australia tourism must be inflations, because of inflation
services, product including accommodation and dining has made Australia
more expensive for international tourist.

To conclude, Australia is a country with wide range of natural attraction,
artificial attraction, diverse cultural experience, and thrilling activities,
which make it best destination for international tourists. Sydney Opera
House and Sydney Harbour bridge which is renowned landmarks attract
millions of tourists annually from all around the world to Sydney, which is
the largest and best city of Australia. City that offers wide range of
experience and places to explore such as Taronga Zoo, Bondi Beach, Darling
Harbour which shows the city’s impressive architecture. Australia offers
different kinds of adventurous activities from skydiving to camel ride.
Cities like gold coast are paradise for surfer, they have number of beaches
which attract visitors from around the world. Lake Gairdner which offers
ranges of stunning landscape with large Salt Lake for nature enthusiasts.
Australia also has the largest coral reef system, The Great Barrier Reef.
Wineglass Bay and Kangaroo Island are renowned for their marine life and
scenic landscape that are breath taking. Although Australia has some much
to offer in tourism sector it has faced many problems in past years.
Australia tourism sector faced great challenges during the covid 19
pandemic, with international travel barrier tourism was slow and economy
condition as well. To revive Australia's tourism industry, several key
recommendations can be implemented. Firstly, promoting domestic
tourism through marketing campaigns, discounted packages, and
collaboration with travel agencies can encourage Australians to explore
their own country. Secondly, providing financial assistance and incentives
to tourism businesses, especially SMEs, can help them recover from the
COVID-19 pandemic. Thirdly, targeted international marketing campaigns
showcasing Australia's unique selling points and collaborating with airlines
and travel agents can attract international tourists. Fourthly, implementing
stringent health and safety measures will in still confidence in travellers.
Collaborating with airlines, developing niche tourism products, addressing
affordability concerns, enhancing digital presence, emphasizing
sustainability, and investing in tourism infrastructure are also crucial.
Tailoring these recommendations to the specific needs and circumstances
