Michael Kors Company is a luxury-positioned fashion company. The Company will deal with
producing ready-made clothes and accessories. The Company will be dealing with both men and
women accessories and clothes. The clothes and accessories will involve be of good quality in order to
ensure the brand retains the top categorized brands in the world. There are a number of factors that
have been considered that involve the market analysis based on the product. The Company aims in
making brand hand bags, wallets, watches, shoes and clothes.
Market Study
A market study was performed to determine the success of the business. Various processes were used in
understanding the market. Online research was one of the ways used to study the market of fashion
products (Choi and Yi, 2014). Also, several fashion exhibits have been attended in order to determine
how the market views some of the items by Michael Kors Company. During these exhibits, samples of
products by Michael Kor’s Collection were displayed to different kinds of people. Most people did
show much interest in the products and some made orders of the products. Magazine research was also
used. Using these market study methods, the company did tell the trends of fashion and who are really
interested in the fashion trends (Torán, 2018).
Most of the customers preferences were on the uniqueness of the material and the design. Today, the
market trend reveals that most people recognize and identify with the western apparel. Though, there is
some competition with the Ankara design in the market. This is because of the uniqueness in their
design. The market growth is too high and the main need by most people, is a quality clothe design.
