This study analyzes the housing market in UAE using regression analysis to predict future variables and develop better housing policies. The regression equation formed from the data shows the correlation between variables such as GDP, housing price index, and unemployment rate. Key statistics reveal the average prices of apartments and villas, as well as the preference for two-bedroom apartments. The study concludes that the people of UAE prefer studio and two-bedroom apartments for rent, indicating a need for investment in the real estate industry.
