This research focuses on enhancing the production of xylanase using Aspergillus niger through optimization of chemical and physical parameters in solid-state fermentation. The primary raw material used is sugar bagasse, and the physical parameters such as pH and temperature need to be optimized for high yield production of xylanase. Sodium nitrate and xylose are used as nitrogen and carbon sources. The production of xylanase using sugar bagasse is cheaper and readily available compared to other waste products.
