Executive summaryInternational trade considered important role in business success which ascertained tofocus on selling of goods and services across the border. Multinational companies play importantrole for development of international trade among several factors such as globalisation andoutsourcing. Present study assists to find impact of globalisation on trade across the nationalboundaries to develop goods and services in different areas of the world. The research study, itcan be stated that there are wide scope exists which ascertained to interrelate functions andoperations that increase positive advantages on the globalisation activities. For the studies whichneed to explore the cause and effect type of relationship between different variables causaldesign is used. It is more suitable for scientific studies rather than qualitative studies. This studyis of qualitative type and various themes are used to understand the functional and conceptualaspects of study subject. This research involves use of interpretivism philosophy in whichqualitative methods are used to understand the social constructs which influences the behaviourand observations. It can be appearing bias but in order to get more precise data it is one of theeffective approach. For this study 10 managers of Microsoft are chosen as study samples so thatthey can provide in depth information in relation with the research subject.

In the present study, globalisation focuses on increasing trade in differentboundaries of international market for software business (Kirithiga, Thiyagarajan and Naresh,2019). As a result, it helps to conduct effectiveness in systematic manner in different areas of theworld. In addition to this, globalisation helps to developing countries that assists to deal withincreasing in economic growth, solve government issues and poverty problems in systematicmanner. In this consideration, trade barriers are also removed with concentrate on desired levelof effectiveness. There are several benefits implemented that helps to promote education, trade,technology, investment, competition, etc. It increases employment, culture and organisationstructure which is assisting on focusing on the development organisational development. Rationale of the researchIn order to ensure that the goals and objectives are being accomplished within theorganisation, it needs to be stated that international trade is continuously being expanded withdevelopment of the business in software sector operations. In this regard, present study assists tofind impact of globalisation on trade across the national boundaries to develop goods andservices in different areas of the world. Furthermore, this also helps to analysis trading activitiesthat assists to deal in different goods and services. In international boundaries, globalisationhelps to focus on economic growth which impact positive and develop more trade that resultinginto higher growth rates (Scrase, Rutten and Brown, 2015). Developing and exploiting indomestic scarce resources assists to produce surplus so that different resources helps toaccomplish desired level outcomes. 1
