It was established by Paul Allen and Bill Gates in 1975 as a limited Company. The company is doing business in more than 70 countries. Microsoft firstly set-up to work in the area of the software industry. At present, it also trades its shares in New York at NASDAQ stock exchanges. The company has conquered the market by developing personal computers used in home and offices. Along with this, it is also concerned with developing software applications that may support most of its services and products(Butts, 2010). Ethical and CSR theories: The company is working in the industry of manufacturing, developing, supporting, licensing, and selling personal computers, computer software, consumer electronics, and services. The best products of Microsoft includes Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Windows, Edge Web browsers and Internet Explorer. Its leading hardware products include the Microsoft Surface and the Xbox video games consoles. In terms of revenue, it the largest software making company in the world. As per the official website, the company has its business in three markets: Business Entertainment Platform services and products. The ethical cultural of Microsoft Corporation is based on its mission that is empowering every person and organization in the world to achieve their objectives and goals. Therefore, the company ensures to win the faith of government, customers, and its partners. To achieve this, the company commits to doing ethical acts and behavior with integrity in its dealings and processes. Corporate Social Responsibility of Microsoft Corporation also directed by its mission. The activities related to CSR of the company can be summarized as follows: Providing support tolocal communities Educating and Empowering workers Governance of Labor and Human rights Employee health and safety at Microsoft
