INTRODUCTION
 Microteaching is defined the most effective form of teaching in the academic world, which aim is to prepare
tutor's candidates to the real class room environment.
 It is also refers to teaching approach that utilized by varied teachers for purpose of training them appropriately
and making capable to experiment main teaching attribute.
 The current presentation will explain the connection between curriculum for selected specialization such as
communication and learning outcome.
 It will also define what ICT component focuses on and how it enriches student learning experience.
 The study will also justify the activity and potential limitation of the same, along with connecting it to Victorian
teaching and learning framework.

curriculum for chosen specialization?
 Communication is a chosen specialization that link to varied areas and practices related to teaching.
 In the recent time, for purpose of managing classroom environment and making it effective, tutors are conducting a lot of
attempts.
 As they may prefer to utilize the best pedagogical approaches such as digital technologies, which enable them to take
pleasure of making communication between students and tutors effective or even better than last few weeks or months.
 By using digital technologies, teachers may take approach to communicate with those learners who are unable to visit
classroom because of some health issues and other reasons.
 It may provide both parties a lot of benefits in form of conducting collaborative practice that help to reach desire outcomes.
 Digital technologies or information communication technologies are the key resources of pedagogical, which may
contribute to boost the morale and develop great understanding among students related to a subject, which they tend to
study more and collect details related to the same.

Identifying and explaining what ICT element focuses on

 Communication is the best example of information communication technologies element that
concentrate on students learning experience.
 It may drive the attention of teachers toward forming strategies and using those technologies such as
e-learning that enriches learners learning experience and meet their needs relating to education term.
 Communication may focuses on learning experience of students in form of making tutors capable to
communicate with an individual learner, by using the best communication technologies like video
conferencing, which may give them chance to reach and provide desire outcomes.
 They may provide learners great knowledge based environment, in which they prefer to engage
themselves appropriately and effectively, without taking too much stress to gain knowledge.
 Online environment is suitable that they may obtain and teachers may create for students, which may
allow taking pleasure of sharing creative ideas and data which they utilize to achieve aims, either
short, long or medium term.

Describing activity.
 The best activity that teacher may conduct into practical manner is video
presentation learning, which enable them to teach students about what information
communication technologies are.
 They may appropriately conduct teaching practice, by using effective and
appropriate activity such as current one.
 Video presentation may enable students to understand what topic they study in
systematic way and utilize to achieve short or long term goals.
 In the recent time, instead of reading books with number of pages, students may
take interest to learn and gain knowledge related to specific subject, via using video
presentation that encompasses few and relevant information.

Identifying potential limitation of activity.
 By conducting the video presentation for teaching the limitations were executed it is expensive and time-
consuming method.
 Playing the video consume time in lots of informative measures and takes time to load.
 The major issues of this occurs in clarification of doubts as such playing the video do not match with standards
of higher quality of video and it can be distractive for learner to engage with activity rather than in terms of
being effective.
 The missing cause of this can be described as it requires a lot of research to get clear and specific idea about the
purpose of fulfilling.
 Time and money is also required and should be clear before getting through each and every time.

Connecting to Victorian teaching and learning model.
 The current model brings the strategic concept that help to improve learners results, when they take initiative
study a topic in the classroom.
 The best thing about Victorian teaching and learning model is that it aid to create a line of sight between entire
educational institute improvement approach and practice that a teacher is accountable to conduct into practical
manner, without making any mistake that affect negatively upon students learning.
 The current framework is applicable in the context of teaching and learning, because of encompasses some
strategic directions that a teacher may follow and consider the same.

 On the basis of above discussion, it has been concluded that communication is one of the best element that
relate to information communication technologies.
 It has contributed to reach desire outcomes in form of making students capable to collect data that they had
utilized to achieve high scores.
