INTRODUCTION
Migrants refer to the people who get moved from their native country for staying temporally
for settling for the long-term. They are the person who needs to get moved from their native
place to other places which are effective and can perform that can lead to creating a high impact
on the large population. They are generally the lower economic group who need to get out of
place due to different reasons. There is a need to ensure that in includes different migrant groups
who are low-skilled and need to move and migrate from one to another place. This can lead to
creating a high impact on the delivery of a better understanding of the reason for getting shifted
(van der Pol et. al., (2019)). In this, there is a discussion about the migrant category who are low-
skilled migrant workers which includes the key aspect of the social experience of the migrant
category. There is also a discussion about the causes along with patterns of migration to the UK.
There is also a discussion about ethnic identity construction. It also includes the social problems
which are relevant to the experience by the migrant group along with tackling of different social
problems.
Migrant workers are the category who need to get migrate from different places to UK for
different reasons (Walsh, (2019)). Here, one of the main reasons is for getting a better
opportunity to earn that can be effective and allow to provide a better understanding about the
effective response which help in providing the better social experience. They are the group who
need to get involved in the category of a migrant who need to migrate for their earnings and
having low-skill that lead to creating the situation for finding job opportunities for a better
understanding. There are large number of Indian citizen who like to migrate to UK to find better
oppotuntiy for job or work which may include different category like educated and less educated
people.
Causes and pattern of migration to the UK
There is a various cause that is highly effective and leads to creating the situation of
migration for the large population. There is also some pattern that are generally followed in the
migration process that allows people to get migrated from one to another place (Valverde et. al.,
(2018)). There are many people with lower skills who need to identify some opportunity that can
be effective and allow to provide better response towards taking care of effective understanding

the reason which lead to creating the chance of migration for the large population. Many low-
skilled migrant workers need the job opportunity and should take a better understanding which
can allow to improve their learning and help in achieving better and more effective responses
toward earning. There are large number of Inidan people who like to migrate to UK due to
getting higher oppuruinty to get a job or work which can help them to get high pay in
comparison to Inida. This can allow them to earn more and get help in improvind their quality of
life.
They need to identify some job opportunities that can allow them to use their skill that can
help in earning and allow to improve better understanding of the response of migration to the UK
(Horsfall, (2020)). The low-skilled migrant worker sees the opportunity to get a job or work
where UK is a developed country and has a high opportunity to improve their living standard
through earning more.
There are various types of migration which include internal migration, external migration,
emigration, immigration, and return migration. Here, internal migration includes moving within
a country, state or continent. External migration includes moving to different countries, and the
state of the continent. Emigration includes moving to new country. Return migration includes
moving back to toward own country to where the individual is related to. Seasonal migration is
the one in which an individual need to move according to the season in response to the climate
condition (Redfern et. al., (2020)).
Here, a low-skilled migrant worker is a migrant who needs to move to a different country in
search of work which can lead to creating a situation of migration the UK. Here, the UK is a
developed country which have vast opportunity to get work according to possess the skill and
help in achieving better and more effective response towards taking care of the better learning
and improvement towards the quality of life. Low-skilled migrants are the ones who are very less
educated or not even educated due to which they are not able to do the job. They also need to
survive where they need to work to earn money (McCarthy, (2021)). The UK provides better
opportunities which can help to earn money through getting work through using their skills that
allow them in getting better improvement for better response. They may need to face different
experiences which can enable them to be strong and to fight their condition. There is also a need
to ensure about taking care of effective responses that are associated with getting a working

environment for working and allow to earn with better aspect. They also get better opportunities

Ethnic identity construction
Ethnicity refers to the product of action which should be taken in consideration about the
ethnic groups where they shape and reshape culture and self-definition (Neal et. al., (2021)). This
include external social, political, and economic processes that are effective and lead to creating
high impact on people of different ethnicity. In this, there is a need to perform different stages
like unexamined ethnic identity, ethnic identity search and ethnic identity achievement. Here, the
migrant is having an ethnic background who came from different countries like Bangladesh and
other underdeveloped countries for getting better opportunities to work and earn. There are a
large number of populations that are effective and come from different backgrounds that like to
get better and improved learning and allow in developing better response toward the
identification of the ethnic group. There is ethnic identity of Indian which include religion, food
and culture.
Here, food is one of the main ethinic identity where they like to have chapatti, rice and other
green vegetables which may provide identification of Indian. There are a large number of the
population who are migrants within UK and came from the India for the identification of job
opportunities that can pay well and help to improve their economic condition that is associated
with taking care of effective learning and help in improving better response towards their
background (Beech, (2018)). They are from a different ethnic groups which may include a
country with different gender, religion and region. They are also having a different race that is
associated with considering the effective care and response towards a better and effective quality
of life. Due to migrating from different or other countries, they are from different eth
nic backgrounds where they should get involved towards their culture and need to perform
those where they live.
Religon is also an ethnici identification where they like to follow and perform their role
effectively through focusing on their culture as well. Here, many migrant workers come from
different races which may include distinct qualities of morality, temperature, disposition along
with intellectual ability. Here, a low-skilled migrant worker is a migrant who comes from
different background and has a different race with their different behavioral traits which are
linked to the phenotype.

Indian have the culture to take care of their family in which they need to take care of their
parents and children which lead to requirement of getting higher amount of money. In this, they
need to earn more and to this, they require to get migrate for the better opportunity which can
enable them for getting better work opportunity. This may lead to create the reason of getting
displaced or migrate to UK which enable them to earn more and take care of their family.
There is also some social meaning which is attached to their race and nationality (Mapril,
(2021)). They are a low-skilled migrant worker who are not educated and needed to work for a
living. This can also include different and effective responses which can lead to creating a high
impact on providing better response towards taking in consideration the effective learning that

and get interacted with other migrants during living and spending their life in another country.

and cultures who they like to perform their ethnic activities in a different way. This can lead to
create social structures where they like to live together and perform different activities which are
associated with taking care of migrants with a different classes, gender, religion and region.

Social problems relevant to the experience
There is various social problems which is related with the experience of migrants. Here,
education is one that leads to creating the problem that are associated with including a better and
effective response that is associated with ensuring the experience of the migrant group.

on delivery of better and more effective response towards their learning and knowledge.
Education is an effective factor that can allow people to learn a different skill and allow them to
use those in effective way. This can allow provide better response to their learning and help in
getting better understanding which can be used to improve the quality of life and help to get
better opportunities for the working. through education, people may get better learning and can
be effective that can allow to improve it in an effective way that can lead to create high impact
on people and restrict them to get migrated (King et. al., (2018)).

Education can be effective and allow to use their knowledge and learning that are associated
with taking care of better and effective learning which may help in achieving better response
towards the care and help to achieve a better quality of life. Education can allow to improve the
thinking ability and help in achieving better response that can be associated with ensuring the use
of learning and knowledge that can be effective and allow to provide better learning about the
effective response which can help to reduce the issues that can influence people to get migration
to get some work (Stephens, (2019)). Here, low-skilled migrant workers are less educated due to
which they are not able to get better quality the job and needed to provide better care about the
effective response that may impact a better understanding of the opportunity which can allow
reducing the impact of migration. Due to not having proper education, people are not able to get
better learning and improve their knowledge that is associated with ensuring about the particular
group that are migrant workers. Here, the functionalist theory of education has the focus that
how education needs in society can lead to develop skills and encourage social cohesion. These
are effective and can allow getting better ensure about the use of education which are associated
with using these to reflect the social class where low skilled migrant worker can live and perform
the different activity and work to make their life better.
Tackling social problem which has been identified
Education is one of the major social problems which has been identified that create a high
impact on the risk of migration to a large population. This lead to create less educative people
who have learned low level of skill (Lee, (2019)). This can also lead to creating a negative
impact on the large population where they are not able to perform their job role within the
reputed organization. This makes them to get poor and need to find work in different area which
is not easily available in every place. There are a different country who are having not have a
better opportunity to provide work and it leads to bad quality of life. There are such types of low-
skilled workers whom they like to get migrate to places where they can get high pay for their
work. These are some of the reason which leads to creating a high risk of migration within the
large population. This lead to creating a higher chance of migration to the UK where the UK
population need human power where this migrant can provide their human power for performing
the different activity. This can be effective and can influence migrants to migrate to the UK from
a different country which can also enable them to earn high pay.

There is need to increase the level of education in India which can be effective and help
large number of population to get better and effective learning that can be used to get and make
better opportunity to enhance their learning which can allow to provide better help in seeking
job. This may help people to reduce the reason of getting migrate to other country like UK.
Education can enable people to get better learning of skills which may help in achieving better
opportunity to enable those for effective response towards getting better deal. Through
increasing the level of education can enable Indian people to get involve in achieving better
opportunity to improve their skills and able to create job opportunity through startup ideas or
may get good job in international organization.
There is a need to create awareness among the large population who are included in the
migrant category where they need to learn about education. Government should also play an
important role in making legislation and policy which can be highly effective and can enable
every individual to get the right to education (Eimermann et. al., (2022)). Government should
also take into consideration making policies and legislation that can influence people. There are a
large population to get educated and used as learning and knowledge towards performing a
different activity which can be effective and can enable them to get a reputed job that should also
have high pay.
Government should take initiative regarding creating awareness within the large
population about education. They should also provide education to the large population where
they should get counted about different benefits towards their lifestyle. Through providing the
information about the benefit which has been learning through improving knowledge and skill
that can help to perform the activity in an effective way (Munro, (2018)). Here, migrant workers
should get educated which can also enable them to improve their skills and allow them to
perform well to perform any activity. This can also help to earn high pay and leads to improving
their quality of life.
Enhancing the educational level can help to get better opportunity for getting better
quality of job which may help in getting higher pay which are effective to take care of their
family and avoid the chances of getting migrated. Education can also assist people to use their
knowledge and skill to create business opportunity which can also enable them to make different
innovative product and provide job on large scale. This can be helpful and may help to enable
India to stay at their country rather than going to different country like UK. Increasing in

education quality can also help to reduce the number of migrant student who generally like to go
abroad for getting higher level education. While getting higher level of education can help them
to stay at their country and learn that can also help in creating better job opportunity within their
country.
Migrant workers also face difficulty in access to education, which it can create difficulty
due to having a high cost of education. Here, the government should play an important role in
making policy and providing education to every individual within their country in free of cost.
Education can enable the migrant worker to get educated and also help to educate their children
which can help to improve their future. There are also various media campaigns has been
organized where they like to provide education and create awareness about the education within
the migrant population. Through media campaigns, it can enable them to get an understanding of
the benefit of education that can also have a positive impact and help to improve their quality of
life. Through such type of media campaign, it can allow to education migrants that can also help
to improve their quality of life (Sandu et. al., (2018)).
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can be concluded that the migrant category who are having
low skilled worker are large in number. There are a large number of migrant workers who need
to migrate from one place to another in search of a better quality of life and a high pay scale .
There are various causes and patterns of migration to the UK which lead to creating a high
impact on the country's population and its economy. Having low-skill are one of the main reason
why migrant worker needs to migrate either to a different region or a different country. They are
having the purpose to earn more that can be helpful to improve their quality of life and they can
live effectively. There is a discussion about the causes and patterns of migration. There is also
discussion about the ethnic identity construction which includes the categorization of attributes
like race, nationality and ethnicity. There is also discussion about the social problem which are
