The article focuses on linking the menace of human trafficking with migration, especially
women.as it talks about the Global Alliance Against Traffic in Women (GAATW) and its
publication ‘Collateral Damage’, which was started by a team of women’s rights activist. The
paper acknowledges the link between migration, labour and trafficking, focusing more on
women migrants. It strives to take steps by analyzing the intersection of migration and

lays down various examples of agencies working for women migrants. It also covers different
situations to enhance migrant women’s power to improve their degrading position. It covers the
basic concept of the topic, links trafficking with migration and other issues of a civil society, the

includes application of human rights on this matter, approach of various groups on this issue and
lastly, policies are recommended keeping the issues in mind ("Beyond Borders: exploring Links
