This report is based on the coffee shop situated in New Zealand, it report will provide mission, vision, business model canvas, value chain analysis to improve business of coffee shop with in next five years. 1. Vision statement This coffee shop is providing services trough one counter but soon operations will be developed. In next two years five coffee shop counters will start which will help in future services. It is having focus to grow up business sin next five years which can help to them to improve their profits. It wants to become a brand in next five years with more than 10 outlets in the market. 2. Mission statement Currently coffee shop is working on small level but this business is having a huge potentials of development in future. Right now coffee shop owner is providing Espresso coffee but soon it will provide large range of coffee with fast food. Uniqueness in delivery can increase the business in future. 3. Business model canvas With thehelp of this model, company is able to produce and deliver their products in their potential customer. It is necessary for every business enterprise to assess their respective business model (Fayol, 2016). This approach helps to gain competitive advantage over other rival challenger. The owner of business always assess the market condition and revenues that prevail in large segment of market. They largely focus to identify the need and want of customer and according to this taste, they produce their products. Company also analyse the channels that helps to assess large segment of market condition. 4. Value chain analysis Inbound logistics:This shop offer products and deliver valuable services as per need and want of customer. It utilises economic factor that are helpful for their inbound activities. 1
Operation:This store operate in various part of country. They always focus to provide superior services to their customers so it helps to attain high profitability and growth in long run. Technology:This shop deals with both the internal and external issues or matter. External issue means they are mainly focus for their product development and improvement whereas internal issue include to assess information technology (Laudon and Laudon, 2016). Expansion and diversification play important role in the area of growth opportunity and positioning within overall industry 5. Uses of plastic cup can harm on nature and environment, plastic cups are not disposable which can pollute air, earth and water. Most of the people wants to drink coffee because New Zealand is cold country and people are having a need of hot drinks.
