MARKETING FUNDAMENTALS
Introduction
The paper will demonstrate an understanding of the marketing plan of Uno Home Loans. It will
describe three key marketing metrics that will help in evaluating the effectiveness of the
marketing recommendations. These systems and tools will be helpful in the present and future
marketing decisions of the company. It will also discuss the relevant marketing metrics for the
systems or tools.
Marketing Metrics
The monitoring and control systems/tools monitor all the metrics and tasks essential to make sure
that the authorized and the approved project is within on budget, time and scope. It helps the
project to proceed with less risk (Davis, 2018). The different types of monitoring and controlling
systems/ tools that would be suitable for Uno Home Loans are as follows:
Change control system
It is a system that could be adapted to fulfill the necessary purpose of ensuring that the procedure
of making changes is done without thought and arbitrarily, rather it is ultimately signed off and
carefully determined by a responsible party (Wilson, 2016). It focuses upon the particular
components included in making decisions to postpone, reject or approve any changes.
Pulseway system
It is a monitoring and management system designed for networks that involve recovery system,
intrusion detection, and antivirus built in. It helps in managing all the aspects of business
efficiently and effectively.
The Metasystem
The Meta system is determined to be a toolkit that helps in assisting in the development of
reliable reactive systems like, reliable distributed applications, tool integration systems,
debugging systems and distributed monitoring. The Meta facilitates a service that could be
monitored and controlled like, an instrumented application.
The marketing metrics that can be used for the system or tool is goal metrics that have
established the principle that performance and strategy goals require to be measurable. This
