I am undertaking a research on the Vectair Holdings United Kingdom. The research
aims to understand the Human resource issues being faced by the organization and how it can
retain employees for a longer period of time.
Proposed subject: The subject relates to the domain of Human resource management. The
organization has been facing issues relating to the retention of the employees and hence, it aims
to find the issues relating to the scenario and intends to provide recommendations on how the
company can retain its employees (Terera and Ngirande 2014).
Justification for your selection of the company/brand/tool
The reason why the Vectair Holdings has been selected is because it is a popular Small
business unit relating to the hygiene products and in association with this, the firm intends to
ensure that it is able to hire and retain a powerful workforce so as to ensure that it is being able to
serve the customers in a right manner (Bode, Singh and Rogan 2015).
Outline of framework to be used
The research framework which will be essentially made use of for the study can be
mentioned to be the Primary Quantitative analysis. Although the Review of Literature will
respond to the different sources of literature in order to understand the related concepts of
employee selection and retention, the Data analysis involved in the study will be carried out by
making use of the Primary sources of data and Quantitative analysis (Quinlan et al. 2109). The
data will be collected from the primary sources by making use of the surveys as a research
questionnaire and the findings will be represented in the form of graphs as well as charts.
