INTRODUCTION In present time, skills and professionalism is almost required at every place, program and process within a company so that main goals and objective can be attained in desired time-frame. Employability skills make employees to complete the allotted work in desired time with the help of sufficient knowledge and capabilities (Messum and et. al., 2015). Professional and personal development are two variables that benefit people because everyone is amused with desirable personality traits as well as an excellently-developed profession. In this study, Fulona's Hair & Beauty Salon is selected which provide several services to customer such as hair & beauty, Laser & Electricals. In this report, CDP and PPD plans are discussed in the context of selected company Objectives and Aims of portfolio The respective current portfolio is related with continuous development plan for a HR manager of Fulona's Hair & Beauty Salon in order to get the specific knowledge and skills which are lacking. The main aim of this portfolio is to develop the skills and abilities that in a manager which lead down the entire performance of company. Continuous personal development The CPD is a career advancement method that helps employers to develop sustainable skills, understanding and work skills in relation to workforce roles and also to participate effective worker careers in job-related services. CPD combines numerous approaches for the learning of the individual to enhance and have an efficient career growth, such as training courses, e-Learning projects, meetings, gatherings, ideas-sharing and good practice methods. I have been assigned as the HR trainee manager in respective salon so I have number of responsibilities to work accordingly.I have several operation areas to work upon such as developing effective connection with team member, managing, controlling, organising, planning to reach the actual results of company. In Fulona's Hair & Beauty Salon, I use to implement number of effective techniques and approaches to manage the entire workforce so they work to reach the actual business goals (Moss, Gibson and Dollarhide, 2014). I discover an outstanding and successful resource that suportme determine my capacity to develop, preserve and record my professional skills as a CPD Strategy (Continuous Professional Development). During a specific duration of time workers are assigned roles based on individual abilities. I also make an effective analysis of my current strength and weaknesses so that any type of problem can be determined. This enables me to make better valuables plans in order to remove the lacking within my skills and strengthening all entire performance. The respective PPD is divided into three main category including planning, performance employability and reviews and feedbacks.I am therefore taking an opportunity to establish the strategy of CPD, with my different strengths and weaknesses exposed. I also analysed that cooperation, networking skills, team skills, problem solving and practical skills encourage me to enhance performance. I have looked at many shortcomings, i.e. strategic thinking, negotiating skills, decision-making, the capacity to handle the time, that present great challenges to my role in a fixed time. Thus I use to put an effort with the support of effective tools like CDP which benefits in ascertaining my overall efficiency and make certain steps to improve drawback in desired manner. All of these action assists me to determine the actual personal ability and which could lead to distribute the work to each individual within company according to their knowledge and skills. This would further help company to reach in the desired outcome as every member would work as per capabilities to reach main goals in respective time-frame. In fact, it allows me to urge any worker to be actively involved in the business operations such that the operation of the organization will be seamless as well as the company's balance will easily accomplished (Moss, Gibson and Dollarhide, 2014). 9
Besides that, it helps me to lead the way in obtaining top stories from various sources, such as journals, magazines dealing with particular subjects, which help me to identify present and emerging market trends. I always try to organize minutes after executing the CPD project, in which the Business Manager gave me a range of kinds of feedback and recommendations on that I can strengthen our collaboration (Moss, Gibson and Dollarhide, 2014). Thus my business manager have regularly suggesting me to work on my certain skills like negotiating and time management by attending training classes, workshops, meeting. With the help of CPD individual is able to develop different action plan to improve the skills that are lacking behind.
