INTRODUCTION
In present time, skills and professionalism is almost required at every place, program and
process within a company so that main goals and objective can be attained in desired time-frame.
Employability skills make employees to complete the allotted work in desired time with the help
of sufficient knowledge and capabilities (Messum and et. al., 2015). Professional and personal
development are two variables that benefit people because everyone is amused with desirable
personality traits as well as an excellently-developed profession. In this study, Fulona's Hair &
Beauty Salon is selected which provide several services to customer such as hair & beauty, Laser
& Electricals.
In this report, CDP and PPD plans are discussed in the context of selected company
Objectives and Aims of portfolio
The respective current portfolio is related with continuous development plan for a HR
manager of Fulona's Hair & Beauty Salon in order to get the specific knowledge and skills which
are lacking. The main aim of this portfolio is to develop the skills and abilities that in a manager
which lead down the entire performance of company.
Continuous personal development
The CPD is a career advancement method that helps employers to develop sustainable
skills, understanding and work skills in relation to workforce roles and also to participate
effective worker careers in job-related services. CPD combines numerous approaches for the
learning of the individual to enhance and have an efficient career growth, such as training
courses, e-Learning projects, meetings, gatherings, ideas-sharing and good practice methods.
There are some specific concepts related with CPD that are discussed below:
This is related with regular program because employees and worker are always need new
type of learning to update skills.
It is professional as professionals are aware about several advantages that learning
provides to them and to employers and other clients.
It is structured as the aim of CPD is to enhance personal performance and job prospects.
The idea that awareness helps practitioners do their work effectively suggests that further
professional development is necessary (Mishra, 2014).

CPD is advance in nature which makes several chances for the participant that directly
help in increasing the career possibility.
The idea that awareness helps professionals better carry out their duties is essential to
continuing career development.
In the context of HR trainee those have the main role for controlling and handling the
management operations so that every business task in carry in desired pre-determined manner. In
addition, manager are liable to create and develop a effective connection among the different
staff in order to reach the main objective and goals of company. In order to maximize revenue
with an optimized use of manpower, the HR trainee must co-ordinate and work closely with their
distinct workable areas members. Furthermore, it is responsibilities of an individual to make
proper and valuable CPD plan that are essential in ascertaining the actual performance and
drawback (Rao, 2014). So that better meaningful corrective plans are made to increase the entire
performance of themselves as well as whole organisation. Effective CPD practice is extended to
professional life-oriented evaluations No participant-based communication involves are included
in CPD or reactive reading. There's more passive form in this form of CPD and one directional
form. Therefore, the CPD in context of HR trainee appointed in Fulona's Hair & Beauty Salon is
