Impacts of mobile apps in the workplace
The mobile application is an advanced communication technology which is
mainly designed to run on a mobile system including phone or tablet. In this
modern generation, mobile applications are pieces of software developed to
reduce complexity and issues from the systems. In business sectors and
workplace, mobile apps play a major role that helps the consumers for
accessing services provided by the companies. Marhayanie, Ismail, and
Muda, (2018) identified that mobile apps affect workplace and business
communities in both positive and negative manner. E-commerce and
banking both are common business sectors that use mobile app related
strategies for providing reliable and effective services to the consumers.
With the help of the mobile application, consumers can access their
accounts in less time and purchase any product effectively that directly
enhance customer satisfaction.
From the previous study, it is observed that mobile applications are easy to
access and evaluate due to which the business communities can enhance
their productivity and manage issues in the workplace (Pan, et al., 2016). It
is observed that there are numerous applications used in the workplace for
managing daily life activities including word, excel, social media, banking
and so on. In which social media and banking both are common applications
uses by the consumers in the workplace that also reduces efforts and
difficulties faced by the consumers. It is reported that the overall trend of
mobile applications are becoming avenues by which consumers can utilize
the features and services provided by the business communities. In the
future generation, the utilization of mobile apps will grow rapidly that will
manage the complete process and helps the consumers for managing the
