3MOBILE BASED FARMER SUPPORT APPLICATION Part 1: Measurable Organisational Value (MOV) 1.1 Project Overview The defined project based on defining a project based on a mobile based farmer support application. The described project has been established for MBFSA project by Globex. The primary objective of the Globex firm is helping famers in increasing the productivity of the firm based on the reduction of overall time needed for the cost of the project. The Globex organisation is mainly operating over the development of the mobile based application for the farmers. The primary aim of the application is to help the local government to understand the different conditions of the weather. This kind of insights would be highly helpful for the farmers to develop such kind of strategies that would also help in bringing a major impact towards the production of crops. This kind of application would be highly helpful for the farmers to different forms of strategic decisions in relation to producing crops by making a proper use of fertilisers and thus yield more amount of profit in a very less amount of time. 1.2 Identifying the Impact Area Operational– The MBFSA would be having a high functional and an efficient operation plan. Strategy– The MBFSA would be able to manage the crop production system in an efficient manner and thus also monitor the activity of the farmers. Customer– The farmers making use of the application would be highly benefited. Social– The application would greatly benefiting towards putting an impact on the farming society.
