In this article, Golden stated that M-commerce is the main medium for buying and selling
goods through wireless devices that includes cell phones, digital assistants as well as many other
devices that are carried by hand and are operated through Internet access. M-Commerce is
simply a higher technology than e-commerce. Bulomine Regi illustrated that the limitation of
time and space are removed and humans are able to access the internet anytime they want to
through portable hand devices with the help of internet. This paper stated that internet
technology has introduced variety of productivity on mobile commerce. In present commerce
industry, mobile commerce has captured information technology, finance services, retails
services as well as telecommunication services all over the world. Anthony Rahul stated that
with the help of mobile information delivery technologies, banks as well as other financial
institutions take the help of mobile commerce which helps their customers to access their
personal information and make the transactions accordingly. Mobile phones or cellular phones
are considered as the most important medium of any business that are beginning to old business.
All of them use mobile commerce with the help of internet technologies to make their
communication with customer more efficient. To make the system more efficient, Golden has
stated that mobile companies like Nokia, Samsung have introduced new ways of carriers that
includes AT&T wireless as well as Sprint for developing Wireless enabled mobile phones.
