Mobile Applications as Cloud Computing: Implementation and Challenge
After reading the mentioned article on the impact of cloud computing on mobile
applications, it is evident that the research topic has been discussed conclusively in the
article. The research question has been stated conclusively in the following article and the
significance of cloud computing has been discussed properly.
After properly assessing the topic, I understood that the article has discussed the
significant role of cloud computing along with several mobile applications and has pointed
out the high momentum of its adaptability. The innovation uses of multiple applications are
discussed in the article. I was fairly surprised by the assessment criteria that were evaluated
while conducting the mentioned research article. Several mobile cloud applications such as
Gmail, Google maps and cloud storage have been evaluated in the mentioned article (Khan et
al. 2013). According to me, I think the paper has conclusively stated the research question
properly and has managed to provide its significance in the mentioned particular domain.
According to me, the research has covered several sections of the research literature but a
little bit more was still desired. The paper highlights the importance of cloud computing more
than on the proposed domain of mobile applications. The literature that are provided in the
beginning of the article are generalized and rarely discusses about the mobile applications
(Park and Kim 2014). I think the authors have tried to state the cloud computing topic to the
readers first before diving into its applications. The research could have evaluated the usages
of certain mobile applications on the people and could have measured the impact of the
particular technology (Etro 2015). Sadly, the journal that was chosen by me only deals with
the mobile applications related to cloud technology and does not evaluate its impacts. Thus
the research failed to cover all the relevant literature if the proposed topic.

The methodology that has been adopted for the research is inadequate as the article only

Cloud computing with mobile applications is a mobile technology which includes three
segments namely Wireless network, cloud computing and mobile computing (Fernando, Loke
and Rahayu 2013). As per my research, the article has defined how cloud computing can be
used to upgrade computational capacities of mobile devices towards rich and expanding
client experience (Dinh et al. 2013). With cloud computing and mobile applications, we can
browse our email messages, bank accounts, bills and other private data just by utilizing cell
phones. Total functionaries with another application information are evaluated to make it
secure from any other rogue Applications comprise of programming that keeps running on a
cell phone and plays out certain assignments for the client of the cell phone like email or
talking needs. Meanwhile, different specialists propose an appropriate technique for making
and creating mobile applications utilizing cloud and series that are associated with it. Web
services which are convenient, also called Restful web services are to such an extent easier
and adaptable to utilize. The fundamental point is to offload computational limit, security and
storage for various sorts of cell phone to cloud by using the restful web services (Abolfazli et
al. 2014).
The agreement between the research question and the philosophical framework is
adequate but the research methods that are utilized for the research still needs a lot to be
desired. Practical approaches could have been taken to give a practical insight into the topic.
The methods that were used in the study was biased and discusses the topic in general
more rather than talking about the cloud applications in general. I think the author could have
conducted a quantitative analysis or qualitative analysis to understand the impact of the cloud
mobile applications thorough a deeper insight than what is proposed in the article (Ramya
and Ramya 2013).

The mentioned study in the article is ethical but concerns regarding the privacy of data
and security issues regarding the cloud environment need to be properly researched before
determining its ethical aspects. The article fails to provide proper recommendations for
addressing the mentioned concerns. According to my analysis, the research paper fails to
provide proper literature on addressing the concerns that are mentioned in the research paper.
After proper research, I came to the conclusion that portable Web applications and
Mobile cloud applications and are comparative. Without being rebuilt, not all cloud
application can run in a virtual domain. I learned about the various challenges that the cloud
computing network provides has over the mobile applications. The inherent challenges that
are linked with the wireless network needs to be considered such as intermittent connectivity,
long latency, less throughput and varying rates of data. The mobile applications can also
suffer from the uncontrollable factors that are related to cloud computing such as varying
coverage and bandwidth capacity. I learned about a number of networking schemes and the
methods by which the latency of a cloud network can be reduced. The possible issues such as
resource poverty has been explained (Wang and Dey 2013). I learned about the challenges
that are related to restricted resources in mobile devices. The solutions are provided through
offloading computation but the high cost energy ti maintain the data privacy and security
leads to the wastage of energy. The paper helped me to learn about the flexible application
weblets. These provide the developers with a flexible platform for developing flexible
applications that can run on different mobile devices. The security issues in different devices
in relation to the weblets has been provided in the literature review section. As the weblets
can be interchanged between the clouds and the mobile devices, I think in the future the
developers need proper data authentication ad privacy features before deeming it as a secure
medium for data transfer. I became aware about the convenient web services from this article.
I learned about a number of solution to a number of challenges that cloud computing faces

nowadays. Bad connectivity issues and less bandwidth capacity has been identified as the
main issues which can be addressed by MCC (Wen et al. 2013). The reason for the increase
in the number of cloud users in the last decade has been provided conclusively in the
mentioned article.
I think the test progresses toward becoming written work and overseeing APIs which
used cloud services in a proper manner (Sanaei et al. 2014). The paper has conclusively
discussed the issues that are faced by the mentioned technology regarding network
bandwidths and discusses the problems related to network availability and fragmentation.
Despite the security issues, I learned about numerous numbers of benefits that cloud
computing can provide to mobile applications. The research question has been assessed
conclusively but the paradigm of discussion with the mobile applications are not evaluated as
per the cloud computing technology. This article has provided me with a number of
information about storage and processing applications with the cloud computing technology.
The data analysis and data collection methods are not at all appropriate as the qualitative
analysis is inadequate. The general emphasis of the topic ruined the research area and
conclusive result on the impact of the technology was not analyzed conclusively. I think there
is something about the community for mobile development that makes utilizing the cloud a
characteristic fit (Yang et al. 2013). I guess maybe the reality the short life cycles of mobile
development ventures require the instant services that such a significant number of cloud
sellers give. Maybe the sorts of identities that rule the portable improvement network are
more difficult and troublesome than their counterparts of enterprise development, and
subsequently they are more adept to try at something new like a cloud-based IDE and
monitoring devices. However according to me, it appears that the portable cloud network is
completely grasping the cloud, and this is making both the mobile and the distributed
computing networks more grounded as a result of it. Several services of mobile cloud s have

been discussed in the article that is mentioned. The barriers of the proposed services have
been explored as well and the possible issues that are related to the technology has been
assessed and evaluated. Although the data collection and analysis methods were
inconclusive, the paper properly states the future research works of the mentioned technology
with mobile applications properly.
However, I think the research finding of this particular paper is supported by the limited
evidence that it provides. The usages of cloud computing has been assessed and several
examples of mobile applications have been provided to assist the reader in evaluating the
technology in the particular domain. The general purpose mobile cloud computing has been
assessed and the usage of clone cloud to enhance system performance of mobile applications
has been evaluated. Specific mobile cloud applications have been exploited and their benefits
and concerns has been addressed. The implications of our lives due to the proposed
technologies has been widely evaluated in the mentioned article.
