order to overcome the negative impact of this crisis it is essential to emphasise on the need of
workplace transformation with the help of undertaking use of different tools and technologies to
enhance effectiveness of modern business environment.This not only helps in proper
management of employees but also helps in assuring their self development entries business
environment.It is essential for organization to assure long term growth and profitability along
with providing maximum level of satisfaction to customers.In this workforce transformation
plays important role that will add organization to assure higher growth and profitability in
industry. The present research conducted on Tesco plc which is operating as British
multinational grocery in journal merchandise retail organization was founded in the year 1919
and operating in retail industrial sector. Company offers wide range of product and services to
