 In today’s business environment digital technologies is playing important role which
is significantly transforming the manner in which workplaces in turning into modern
workplace and allowing employees to conduct roles and responsibilities in more
flexible manner.

is playing important role in today's business environment as it not only empower
remote workers but also provide cost benefits to organisation and help them to
connect with employees in any situation.
 Need of technology for employees during the time of global pandemic to
conduct roles and responsibilities.
According to the viewpoint of Hensmans, 2021 covid-19 pandemic halt
business operations in nearly all industrial sectors and impacted negatively on
organisation. In order to manage employees performance roles and responsibilities
and other activities technology is significantly needed for employees during the time
of global pandemic in order to conduct roles and responsibilities in a flexible manner.
